It was apparent to me that the location in Wayne did not have enough vehicles to accommodate all of the reservations. It worked out in our favor because we were given a nicer vehicle but someone may not have been that lucky. The computer system was not working when I arrived which led to increased time. The staff was very helpful despite the challengesNextCar

Upon dropping off car- I made sure that it was returned with the same amount of gas as when it was picked up. However, upon receiving my receipt via email- I was charged $25 additional dollars for returning it supposedly with less gas.3.6 Poor
