This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

On top of the two hours delay in the airport, we needed to go by the bus to the terminal in Athens, Aegean is the aviation of Greece and they whole flight is 50 minutes.

Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

These were tickets purchased with a stolen credit card number.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

Every flight always delays either by mechanical problems or need maintenance checks. It makes a person uneasy when one gets into one of those flights!

Cabin crew were great. Seats are criminal for tall people

I didn’t fly I had to cancel as I booked the flight incorrectly, as in reverse order. I hope I wasn’t charged as I cancelled immediately.

My flying experience with Air Canada was good but the wheelchair situation wasn't good at all and if would be good to make sure that they have the appropriate services available for your traveling passengers.

It went well until the end when they lost me baggage from Toronto to Ottawa and now my baggage tracking is "inactive"

On time, easy with no issues. Arrived 15 minutes earlier too.

The service was great and the A321 was very comfortable. More than the A320 or B787

We travelled from Toronto Canada to Lax airport USA on December 27th 10.45 pm flight 5 hour plus flight with only 2x small soft drink's No food included with the flight which I believe is classed as an internal flight If you wanted food you had to buy How cheap is this ??? we travel a lot and have never seen this before on any other airline Come on Air Canada, this is what you call cheap

Professional service. Comfy seats. Very comfy, actually. Food gets 4.5 out of 5 stars. For premium economy they could have surprised us. Nevertheless, it was solid. Can't complain. Highly recommended.

Excellent and way much better than the last two flights I made with Swiss and with BA. It is amazing how much difference a well trained and polite team can make. Hats off Volotea !

A technical delay caused us to miss our connecting flight which resulted in an additional nights stay which cost us $225 as well as $800 to get on another flight. Absolute BS. I’ll never fly them again

Em relação a Ryanair, ter de ir ao check-in só para carimbar o cartão de embarque não foi muito fácil, são muito demorados, e atrasam a passagem do controlo de passaporte... E cheguei com 2 horas de antecedência

Boarding at Arrecife was commended way too early. Far too long for elderly to be kept standing on their feet. Otherwise we’ll done to all staff.
