Overall great flight experience- on time, lots of food and movies.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

Our transfer from one Lufthansa flight to another at Frankfurt airport was horrible - it was a tight connection with a long walk between gates and our first flight was delayed so we had to sprint the whole way and ask people in the border control line to let us ahead of them. We just barely the flight and were exhausted. I do not recommend a short connection in the Frankfurt airport.

bad seats, meager food quantity. bread not fresh. Hollywood films lack entertainment.

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

Did not appreciate being bumped from the seat I selected during checkin the day before the flight by an overbidding fellow passenger… I am also a paying customer Lufthansa!

Boarding is as always an issue. Slow and long boarding time.

It was very good. We got a late start by about an hour and a half. However I worked rather have that than crash. It was purely mechanical. They had our tickets ready when we came off the plane in London for the next leg. The only mishap was when we got to Lisbon my husbands luggage made or bit mine didn't. All was not lost because I did finally get it 2 days later. I was really pleased that they c made the effort.

Boarding good. Seats uncomfortable when lie flat. Food was awful. Tasted stale and chicken was dry. No live tv or flight map. Had to pay for internet.

- OK plane. Basic accommodations. OK food. The digital window shade wasn't working.

Our flight was delayed by over 6 hours. We then had to deplane, stay overnight in a hotel then fly out the next day, 23 hours late.

The seats were uncomfortable. It was an old plane. The crew could have been more hospitable.

Excellent. Very nice and comfortable business class. Only negative is that it was difficult to hear the pilot’s announcement.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

British Airways planes are too old verses other airlines, followed by luggage not turning up, with a customer service team unhelpful in trying to locate or send to hotel was appalling. 3 days without suitcases on a leg that flies 2 x daily.

Lost my belongings, Crew fail to follow safety and regulatory requirements in 2nd leg of flight from London Heathrow to Copenhagen.
