Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet

it was our first flight with Air Canada. The flight was very good. The arrived 10 minutes early. The crew was attentive and very professional. The seats were comfortable and the food was fine. There were a lot of movies and TV shows to choose from. The boading was OK, but it is more about the Montreal airport procedures, but not about Air Canada.

My second flight ended up being through United and it was fine. Again, just frustrating that it was so late.

Everything went smoothly and as expected. We were on time and one flight arrived early.

This time my experience was superior! Much better and improved from after the COVID-19. I hope they maintain the same. Earlier, service (specially crew attitude) was awful and sometime rude, but this time, crew was very welcoming, respectful and ready to serve. I will definitely repeat :-)

Every flight always delays either by mechanical problems or need maintenance checks. It makes a person uneasy when one gets into one of those flights!

First time flying Air Canada and the trip was very pleasant! They did a great job getting us out of Toronto and into Rome (early!) For an international flight it was very enjoyable.

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

Flights on time. Friendly/pleasant ground and in-flight staff. Better snacks and films with captions,

boarding needs to be streamlined load the back of the plane first

Overall great flight experience- on time, lots of food and movies.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

bad seats, meager food quantity. bread not fresh. Hollywood films lack entertainment.

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

Boarding is as always an issue. Slow and long boarding time.

Got auestioned multiple times by gate agents. They ran out of chicken for the first meal. Slept pretty good on it and had good entertainment.

Staff was nice. Plane was new and clean. The food/sandwich was horrible. Absolutely disgusting for a four hour flight. I’d rather not get anything.

The flight was delayed as they were waiting on catering. Catering. Was eventually delivered but they still had no food. No meals for us in business class - just a bag of nuts.

Air hostess delayed providing food and then pulled away the tray before i finished eating

I really did not like being ordered to pull my shade down by the attendants. One of them was very rude to me about it, standing there until I closed it like I was a child brusquely reaching across me to close an adjoining one. They claim it was so people who wanted to could sleep. It’s a 10:30am flight not a red eye. Closing your shade or leaving it up for natural light should be a choice. Ruined my flight!

Crew and boarding fine. Flight delayed, then delayed again after boarding.

Connecting British Airways flight was 29 hours delayed so I never made it on this plane

Boarding ,checking in was easy and quick . Comfort was not good.

Some of the crew weren't really nice. The seats were uncomfortable. Absolutely no entertainment system at all. The pilot was good though and completed the trip in a shorter time than expected which was great for me.

The aircraft was Airbus with plenty of space for carry on bags

Maybe less gate changes for connecting flight; which almost made me miss my second flight even though I had 3 hrs layover.
