LATE LATE LATE!!! Plagued by late AA flights on this trip. Such a drag. This one was by far the worst.
The flight was great until towards the end when the flight attendant read an excessively long commercial for purchasing an american airlines credit card. The worst part is that we are doing a lot of traveling this year so i was actually interested in getting the credit card, but I was so annoyed with the long commercial that I completely dismissed the flight attendant bringing around the information. Next time, keep the sales pitch to 10 seconds and then pass around the brochures!!
Same basket of unhealthy prepackaged snacks (junk food) which was depleted by the time it got to my row!!
lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints
only issue is i feel we pulled off from the gate ontime, we sat on the runway longer than i felt made sense.
I did like the employee's, they are very friendly and all smiled most of the time, Overall, from checking in bags to getting on plane, not enough employees to be able to get all on the plane, therefore I was not able to get on the plane, due to no one wea there for me to check in my bag, so I decided to go thru the security point and by the time they were done with my bags, I was told that my bag cannot be checked in, and then found out that the lady that does the check in was boarding the customers onto the plane, she said that she was going back and fourth, there for was not able to get on the plane, which changed all my flights by the time I got to Dallas, I was on standby 3 times, and wasn't sure about being able to get on the fourth plane, so ended up buying another plane ticket, so I could make my destination on time.
Paid for a first class lay flat seat that was broken, 7 hours of sitting straight up!
Had to rush between flights due to first leg being late, then pulled for additional security screening and attendants were in no hurry, took other people at same time as my husband and I further delaying us and causing additional stress.
less delays; there was an hour+ delay on both flights. self serve check in kiosks weren't available for British Airways flights
Flight was delayed 4 hours for no reason given. We were not updated. We were not given any food or drink. We were not offered any compensation.
Air Canada cancelled my prepaid/prebooked seat selection and changed my seats without any options.
It was overall above average experience. If there is only one thing i could complain about was the lack of wifi availability on my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.
All but one of four were on time. One was delayed for an hour
Got the email to check in but when I tried to check in it said "cannot connect to server", so checked in at the desk.
It took 5 hour to get a crew to D Ice the plan. We had to sit on the runway for 5 hrs. in Calgary. It snows most of the winter. No proactive plan. In addition, after 3 calls to customer service they couldn't figure out how to have my wife and myself sit together on her birthday weekend. Everybody kept passing the buck. No decision from customer service, luggage drop off or check in team. The experience was a complete mess! I don't think we'll ever fly on this airline again.
my flight from Toronto to Chicago was horrible. we tried to land 3 times, couldn't. they went to Milwaukee & sat on the plane/runway for another 1.5 hours. then they flew us back to Toronto. we had to stay overnight. the communication was bad. just told us to wait for an email update. no credit, no voucher for my additional night in a hotel. nothing. I will not fly air Canada again.
The wifi I paid for did not work. The seats are tight.
