The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Good aorcraft 777 but Worst food ever Breakfast was a bû’with matonnaise… Staff was nice but invisible most of the flight

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

The line at boarding was not well organized and managed

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

on demand entertainment in seat back awesome Check in Kiosk too demanding with endless demand for more information information then says go to counter. Counter agent unfriendly. Do it yourself check in luggage procedure not intuitive, upset employees frustrated the whole procedure.

I think all and all they are doing a good job. Flight crew worked hard and very helpful,polite and attentive

Not much food available, not able to choose seats to be near each other, tv did not work

The 6 hour delay with minimal updates was not handled well. After many complaints from most of the un-boarded passengers, food vouchers were offered. The catering strike meant there was no food or snacks on the plane. Beverage service was heavily impacted, only water or juice was available. The staff at the gate was kind enough to inform that "if you want to eat on the plane, you will need to bring it on when boarding".

It was an excellent experience, traveling from Toronto to Denver with United.

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

Ontime boarding. Almost 1 hour take off delay. We could have boarded slightly later since the pilots were in traffic

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.

Try to humanize onboarding and take AI out. It's embarrassing and useless

no kiosks to check in with- it’s 2024!!! the flight was so hot and uncomfortable - not sure if that’s what caused a lady to faint during the flight but i was absolutely miserable.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

My concern is with Flight: 441 IAH-FRA I was very cramped in my seat and the person in front of me was reclined. I pulled my wallet out of my purse and when finished I did my best to cram it back into my purse. Our flight was very delayed and we were rebooked twice and lots of airport time. As I got off the flight I noticed that I had dropped my wallet( containing all my credit & debit bank cards + 240 US dollars & 240 Euros. I spoke to customer service & Lost &Found. I was denied access to look on the plane. Therefore I have been without money and given no help. Paula Bjork 503.545.6698

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

Lufthansa fails at mentioning no luggage when booking through points. We had to pay added fees to take checked bags to Europe for 2 weeks. The staff at check in were not helpful at all. told us "if we don't like it, then book another flight". Food was bad, they ran out of half the options. Vegetarian was terrible. The flight crew was nice, and tried to make it work ok.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

It was pretty bad delays I missed my train in Sweden, twice.

Starting with the flight Cairo to London the plain was so poor no entertainment at all uncomfortable seats although it’s 5 hours long,then an American airline plain took me from London to Miami it was a bad experience the crew most of flight time not available and they asked us to help our selves for any snacks if we need. From Miami to London actually was perfect flight with a huge plain and perfect crew but from London to Cairo was horrible plain with stiff fixed seats not movable no entertainment or wi fi very poor Menu which is unacceptable for a business class

Staff were very helpful. The free WiFi for messages was also very useful to keep in touch

Very Stress free Lounges were superb. Crews were caring. I loved it.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

Both mine and my husband's chairs were broken. Also it took 2 hours to get our bags after our flight which was wild.

We have business class seats from Los Angeles to London. The crew is friendly and provided great service. The flight was very comfortable and very smooth. Will use this airlines again in the future.

My selected seat ending up being very uncomfortable both major flights. SFO to London and back. Seat arms did not go up so it was not like suggest by BA staff. On return flight my seat had a life raft barrier in front off me and large man beside me.

Late boarding with inconsistent excuses. Bulk head seats were very small and uncomfortable. 1 tiny candy bar and a water were only food provisions. Food for purchase was unavailable.
