You need to reimburse me for my seats purchased and luggage.
My baggage has been lost for the last 6 days! The problem originated at LAX with Lufthansa, which was a very big disappointment from LAX to Munich. The flight was delayed over an hour, the overhead bins on the window side are too small for most carryon's, the in-seat video screen were very poor as they would not respond to your touch quickly and would stop and start all over again, the earphone jacks are not like most standard ones, the seats still has wrappers and trash in pockets and on the seats. and there was no USB outlet to charge your phone or other devices. The German reputation for quality is bogus with this airline. BUT the responsibility for delivering my luggage became Air Dolomiti's as they were the last leg of the trip. The baggage area was chaos because several flights arrived at once. I took me over an hour to file a claim, the agent entered my info incorrectly, and the contact numbers for Lost and Found at the airport was never answered. I have never been called by Air Dolomiti or the baggage delivery company. I had to do all the calling. AD's live agents gave me two wrong phone numbers for the baggage company. When I finally got the right one on my third call, OF COURSE, no one answers and I still do not have any information on when my bags should arrive. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL operations by Lufthansa and Air Dolomiti. I will make sure I book any other air carriers on the rest of my flights to Italy this year.
Seats on the A320 were more comfortable than the A330 I took from RSW to Frankfurt
United tried to bump me. We pay good money to get on the plane we are scheduled to ride in. To hell with United Airlines.
Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.
Flight cancelled then rebooked. Waited hours for help. Customer service lady at airport (who was great) gave us seat upgrade. When we got the the gate to board, gate crew was rude, they switched our seats back to economy and made us and one other couple check our luggage. Dozens of other people with bigger bags weren’t asked to, just us and a couple other foreign passengers. When we boarded the plane, there was plenty of room in overhead storage AND our upgraded seats were empty the entire flight. Awful experience and we missed an entire day in Amsterdam because of this.
They have more than 4 hours delay, and broken all my bags
Very short flight so the limited space and lack of entertainment were no issue. Crew was friendly and the flight was very punctual. Baggage claim in Prague was lightning quick.
Simply the best way to get nonstop to Europe. if you’re lucky, there’s clear skies with views of Arctic or the aurora at night.
Fruit and cheese platter was dubious quality. The edges of the cheese pieces were dried, plastic looking. Old.
Terrible experience. Air canada is the worst and Kayak website is also not transparent.
Cancel because of maintenance issues. rebooked next day and then the replacement plane 3 hours late.
My flight was great but my inbound flight from Toronto to Sault st Marir delayed more than 2 hours and we had to change the airoplan.
This was a fraudulent transaction. Kayak was at fault for accepting a stolen credit card. Kayak needs to change their verification process.
As is pretty much the norm with Air Canada now, we left late from the gate (45 minutes late). This is my 12th flight with AC in the last 12 months and 10 of those flights were either late or cancelled. AC essentially has a monopoly in Canada so they have carte blanche to charge exorbitant rates now and give poor service, with no repercussions.
I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

Airport staff super friendly. Even put us on an earlier flight because we arrived early.
A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?
It was ok but not at a business class standard No entertainment system available which is poor for a 3+ hour journey Food was ok and service was good though
It was nice and smooth from boarding to landing. Flight crew was wonderful and very professional.
My flight was late from Rome to London so missed the connection for BA flight to Chicago . Was put up @ hotel & fed . Next morning flight to Chicago was late so missed my connecting flight on SW to Phoenix. Had to rebook for next day on SW @ additional fare of $600 for wife & l . Will miss today’s NFL playoff games while in flight . It’s 5 degrees F in Chicago right now . Thought the food on BA economy was the worst I’ve had on a transatlantic flight . The crew was very nice
First time on BA. Boarding and service were very good. Premium Economy seats were large and very comfortable. Unfortunately a mechanical problem with the plane caused us to miss our connection. The Flight Connections group did everything in their power to get us on a new flight with another airline and we got to our destination only a few hours late. Big ding for the $800+ they wanted to charge for seat selection. If I knew that before I booked I would have chosen another airline.
Excellent flight, the only negative thing was excessive air conditioning, so that it was too cold.
The plane seemd untidy and old. Ran out of food and drinks
The seat pod in business class was dirty and had some white liquid in the food tray. The steward was perfunctory and the hot food was dry. There were lots of children crying as well and the parents could have used a little more help from the crew.
Another 2 hours delay because of the plane computer issues, British Airways
They didn’t serve my special order meal. And the “free internet” didn’t work
The flight was delayed for more than 5 hours. It was a headache trying to wait for the plane after it got delayed over 4 times. Both Flights took were delayed for 4+ hours... After all the rebooking and navigating around the airport it was a complete hassle
