This is not a Business Class equipped airplane and even the crew apologize before take over BUT BUT Air Canada charged full business class fare

I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.

It was awful. For a 37 minute flight time,we had 1:30 hours delay. If someone had a connection flight he or she couldn’t reach for sure. The only positive point was online check in.

Not full, so lots of room, which is really the only thing that can make flying economy more comfortable. Direct to Toronto is great! I didn't eat or use the entertainment.

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

unfortunately, firstly, we used the Air Canada app and it provided incorrect terminal information! Secondly the second leg of our flight was cancelled which meant our pick up time was screwed up our ride had to re arrange their schedule. We could have been put on an earlier second leg but were not!

Flights on time. Friendly/pleasant ground and in-flight staff. Better snacks and films with captions,

Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.

The flight was delayed with zero compensation only hours before the flight. The pick up driver had a very long drive so he was already on the road when the flight was delayed so he also had to sit and wait there for a long time. again zero compensation for anything. not even a voucher for food or drink.
