The airplane was extremely hot the air conditioner wasn’t working I
The agent at the check in desk was absolutely rude. The rest of the team after that was good, but the check in process at LAS was miserable. The woman at the desk spoke like we were stupid and was rude throughout the process.
The flight attendants were very personable, extremely friendly, and had a very good feeling of the energy around them not to mention they’re very funny and engaging. What made up for the discomfort of the seats and the fact that the plane sat for a long time on the Turmac. Not sure if the pilot was new, but the landing was very rough sort of like I was at a magic mountain theme park ride that was built in 1959
The flight was over two hours delayed from Honduras and over 3 hours delayed from the connecting flight. Ridiculous!!!

It’s a flying bus, no reclining seats, entertainment, charge ports. As if someone was out on limb to make my flight experience atrocious

No water for handwashing and they charged $5 for water. Spirit up-charges for every little thing and the planes themselves are old and nauseating.
The plane itself felt old, rattled a lot, was louder than most planes, and made us so nauseous that our son vomited on both flights.
