Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.

The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

Easy boarding in group 2. Landed 1/2 hr early. Delicious cookie snack.

Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

The male air hostess was rude and didn’t even offer me a drink. Poor customer service!

We left really late. Things that were out if anybody’s control I guess.

When I purchased my ticket, I assumed it was a real ticket, as in, when I go to the airport I am guaranteed a seat. Not so. When I checked in 24 hours ahead of time, I noticed I did not have a seat assignment and my boarding pass said "Standby." I was informed at the gate that the flight was full and I may not get on that plane. I don't recall being offered the option of selecting a seat when I checked in, and apparently, for the honor of pre-selecting a seat, you must pay an additional fee. So, a ticket really isn't a ticket, it's actually a lottery and if you're lucky, you may make it on board - or you can choose to be extorted for extra money for the guarantee of a seat. It's like making reservations with the Godfather - one payment isn't enough, there's always another bribe you have to make. After the first few zones were called and I hadn't been informed of my status, I went to the gate agent and they handed me a boarding pass, for the very last row near the restrooms, in between two very large people. Apparently that was my punishment for not purchasing a seat ahead of time. Airline service has not only gotten more expensive, but the return on your money has shrunk and there is little regard for the passengers. This feels like a racket. I am not pleased, as you may have gathered.

It was your usual flight. Nothing exemplary. Due to turbulance, the drinks were served 20 min before landing. Meh.

Great crew. Very comfortable business seats with nice bedding. Good food. We were delayed to let late passengers on the flight, but otherwise great experience.

This was not the BA business class it used to be. Mediocre food, attendants seemed stretched thin. All the little luxuries that used to make BA business fun were missing. Flight delayed and the explanation given was they forgot to pick up crew - I hope I misheard! Transfer in LHR “sticky” - we thought we had way too much time at 3hours but it was needed. Next time will try different route.

Flight was delayed, I tried to leave 2days earlier was told to report to airport for standby only to be turned away after paying for an Uber both way from Little Elm TX.

My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.

Flflight crew were amazing, kind, and considerate. Fofood choices were limited, and didn’t have a variation.

I have traveled with American for decades since I am based in Dallas, it is rare that I do not use them. I upgrade or I get upgraded to business class regularly. I notice the difference in the crews based on when they take drink orders. Before we take off or waiting until we are 20,000 feet up. This crew was exceptional. We had two people working business class while the plane loaded and everyone was served before takeoff. The attention to detail by the crew was exceptional. All I had to do was look up and eye contact was made and I received what I asked for. This is truly why I fly American. There are some routes where the crew do the very least and some that are exceptional. This was certainly service that other crews should strive for.

I love the Kayak has keep on updating me about flight status as it was delayed for 30mins. as well notifications to book seat and if any change on booking. Tickets were also cheap compared to British Airways online website. No hidden charges or terms n conditions. Keep it up!!!

I rarely vote ‘Excellent’ but this AA flight out of LGA was amazing. On time departure, early arrival, amazing crew, smooth flight, baggage came out quickly. It was the best airport/ flight experience that anyone could ask for/dream of. Highly recommend. I usually fly Delta but American Airlines really stepped up their game.

Food was not good. Tasted stale and dry. When seats moved to lie flat they were very uncomfortable. No free internet. No live tv. Not flight map. Arrived safely and on time. Boarding easy.

Our flight was delayed by over 6 hours. We then had to deplane, stay overnight in a hotel then fly out the next day, 23 hours late.

Air hostess delayed providing food and then pulled away the tray before i finished eating

The flight was on time and the crew very professional. Everything went as expected and I will use BA again for this trip.

Not sure if the crew were experiencing something unknown to me,but the service of passing water was non-existent.In addition,please take consideration when providing yogurt as alternative for breakfast as some of us, could be lactose intolerant.. thanks

Everything was great - but then had to wait one hour for my luggage in Verona…

I sat in the last row of seats. On an 8 hour flight they allowed folks to stand and talk and drink in the back area near the toilets the whole time. They were at times loud and in the way. It was a little annoying. The crew on this trip were pretty mediocre and the plane was littered with trash when we disembarked.

I didn’t get to London or Amsterdam. They lost my connection flight . I was stuck in Madrid and they rerouted my flight to Austria where my son had to come and pick me up. To get to my destination and they lost my luggage and they’ve told me they can not find it very poor service so have no word for what happened
