The staff were on the last leg. But they were still very accommodating and polite. They were all very helpful with getting the bags up and getting people to their seats.

We were delayed by rain while we were on the tarmac. The crew came around and offered everyone water while we waiting 45 min in the plane.

Flight from Lisbon to Toronto was smooth, and we arrived early! Flight from Toronto to Denver was delayed about 40 minutes. We didn’t hear about the delay until after we had boarded the plane. The delay could have been handled better.

Every flight always delays either by mechanical problems or need maintenance checks. It makes a person uneasy when one gets into one of those flights!

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

The flight was delayed with zero compensation only hours before the flight. The pick up driver had a very long drive so he was already on the road when the flight was delayed so he also had to sit and wait there for a long time. again zero compensation for anything. not even a voucher for food or drink.

I slept for most of this flight. Haha! While waiting to board, there were some passengers not paying attention to instructions. The staff should have been a little more assertive to get them to get out of the way.
