C$ 403 Find cheap flights from Halifax to North Holland

The flight was very good. Only complaint was that the usb charging connection did not work for either me or the seat next to me so we both had to use our own portable battery to charge our phones. I also liked the fact that I could purchase Wi-Fi for an hour instead of for the entire flight.

United ground crew and pilots are friendly. The in-flight staff (flight attendants) are the worst in the world. Multiple trips, always unpleasant, combative, use implicit threats to not allow for a discussion on their decision. Authoritarian. This seems to stem from an internal corporate wide policy as I doubt that United is intentionally searching for people that are not fit for customer facing positions. I will not fly United again. Good luck fixing your business

The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh

My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.

I flew basic economy, so it was what I expected. Crew was nice though, and flight was quick. Would recommend for flights under 6 hours, otherwise would upgrade to something with more leg room.

Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!

Airline staff was good the checkin process was ok but the plane itself was very bad the comfort was worst it was worst and the most stiff 5 hours of my life i felt claustrophobic

Everything got delayed we were supposed to land at 1pm and landes at 8-9 pm … was horrible

Calgary desperately needs a star alliance lounge in the transborder area for United.

Brutal as can be … delayed by 24 hours then delayed and hour on the tarmac then delayed three hours in Chicago, screaming child behind me kicking the seat for the better part of 10 hours… couldn’t be worse

we were upgraded to business class, not sure why, so the flight exceeded our expectations. Perhaps this was because the flight Cancun to Calgary was a nightmare , not even guaranteed a seat upon checkin at the airport.

Never been on a long haul flight that didn't have on flight entertainment. I hope the way back is better !

Average at best. Typical of WestJet these days. Crew far from friendly.

Very friendly crew & the flying was smooth and as efficient as possible. I just found the leg room a little cramped and, unfortunately, the seats in front of us when reclined really cramp you up even more.

The flight attendants could have been mote professional, talking about other people's life choices loudly and rudely. Delay to board which seems more and more standard with westjet.

I like the leg room in the exit isle..easier to get past people and I did t have to pay extra! Westjet changed my return flight time to a night flight 2 weeks before I left and left me hanging with NO HELP to resolve all the frustration they caused since I booked thru BudgetAir. They receive the lowest of star ratings I can give (if there was negative stars I’d be using those) for customer support and an overall bad score for the rest of the experience! So sad cause they used to good :)

It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.

Not having a screaming baby in my row the whole trip would have improved the experience.

I wasnt able to choose my seat during booking my flight _months_ in advance and then when I checked in for my flight, I _still_ couldnt choose my seat. I was finally able to get a seat when I got to the gate, and they stuck me in a middle seat next to a jerk. This was my return flight, and on my departing flight I was able to choose my seat, so I dont understand what the issue was but it was very annoying and a miserable ~6.5 hours on the return flight.

Overall, the experience was good: both gate crews and air crew were friendly and efficient. The food - as always - leaves a little bit to be desired in terms of choice and quality, but I've had worse. I will say that the pilot's landing of the Airbus A321-200 in Vancouver was superb, i.e. no discernible "bump" when the aircraft touched down, just a "rumble" as the undercarriage started to roll. Beautiful!

We're not on the flight. Because of the pilot strike we were told to reschedule our flight to the 25th instead of the 19th. This has been an unplanned extended holiday.

Everything was excellent. Could not have been happier! Would happily fly with them again.

No wifi internet the entire international flight. My ear plug for the headphones was damaged so had no audio for movies or internet during flight. Had to play a crossword on my tablet. Bummer.

Gate changed twice, boarding late. However, there was more than usual leg room. Crew was fine. No entertainment due to computer problem.

Could have a somewhat larger snacks. Appreciate the free wine.

The way in which the zones are lines up causes confusion the sign says zone 1, zone 2, zone 3-6. All the people in zones 3-6 line up and then the zones are called individually this causes confusion and there must be a better way to do this, other than that the flight crew, the plane and everything else was perfect.

I don’t think the on-board testing worked on any of the 4 Air Canada flights for this trip. And in this particular flight, the entertainment and WiFi was out for a portion of the journey.

Flight from Munich to Geneva was delayed an hour without any notice. Finally called 5 minutes after their flight was supposed to leave only to be told it was late. Then after boarding- we were told to leave the plane go back to the terminal so they could make a repair. NO Communication whatsoever. Agent at the airport was rude and offensive. Finally got on the plane three hours after originally planned. Lost our car reservation in Geneva and had to pay $200 more to get the rental. HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE!!!!

Crew had connection details for only 2 other flights and gave less than empathetic guidance.

It was horrible!! The plane was old and outdated. The AC was not adjustable and got me and my daughter sick because we couldn’t redirect it away from us. Absolutely no leg space. The food was garbage. Horrific experience! Shame on Lufthansa to use such trash airplanes.

Absolutely horrible HORRIBLENE! United airlines failed on every front. My trip was silosem to takę 17h nad endem up takimi 47h! I was treated poorely and I wasn’t reimbursed for all the problems.

Crew is good. Food lacked any taste. Comfort of seating in economy was worst ever experienced.

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!
