The hygiene of the bathrooms were terrible. Urine smells leaked out into the cabin and the seats were really tight, even for a petite woman like myself. Flight attendants did not go through the cabin enough to offer refreshments.

Great experience for a long 13-14 hours flight. Great pilot and crew, everyone is pleasant and attentive to the passengers.

Everything was excellent service was good.Only one problem my trip san francisco to tapie was good but the Taipe to HongKong we change gate 3times a lot of walking n everyone has to rush around from gate to gate.By the time to board our flight i felt soo sick from running from one gate to another.That was the only problem i face

Overall the flight was what might be expected for a long haul flight to Asia in economy class. The cabin crew was attentive and the food was good. Boarding was fairly fast and easy. The one thing I found frustrating was the EVA app. It is terrible. Trying to do anything on it was almost impossible.

The crew is so cold and indifferent but I have to appreciate their professionalism. The seat is too hard and not comfortable at all. Entertainment is very limited and not of many choices.

Very uncomfortable and crowded seats in economy. Flight attendant refused request to move to nearby unused seat with more legroom because “It was more money for that seat”. It was also near impossible to reach airline directly by phone. Waits upwards of an hour and not very helpful customer service representatives after long wait. Cannot recommend this airline.

Everything was fantastic! The crew really went above and beyond to make it a great flight. I felt cared for with EVA.

The plane was uncomfortable. I paid extra for more legroom but the seat was still uncomfortable. Other seats on the same exact row didn’t have to pay extra but still have extra legroom. I didn’t understand why I needed to pay $170 for. It was Iike China airline just wants to make money off their passengers. It was unfair.

Liked that I could pick my seat and have a special meal without an extra charge. Luggage is reasonable for overseas trip. What could have been better is boarding and leaving on time.

Staff is friendly, great variety of entertainment, check in a little messy but due to people not listening. Overall a pleasant experience. Would use again in the future.

It felt like a new plane. Decent leg room in economy, food was fine, and the plane didn’t feel super dry and uncomfortable.

Better training to have qualified crews and services. My flight was from around 12 midnight Friday Taipei to Vancouver. After two hours first meal (2:00 Am -8:00 ) no crew available for even asking for some water. I was even willing to pay for water. For breakfast after 8 hours the only drink was tea and coffee no water or juice.

3 of the 4 flights had delays despite the weather being fine, but still managed to make all connections

Ask flight attendant for water during flight and she was a little rude get the water.

Staff were good and nice. There should me 3 meals instead of only 2 and snacks.

Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!

Direct nonstop flight was great. Flight was delayed and the crew announced a 2h delay on the sound system. 30 min or so later I hear my name on the sound system for immediate board. Several other passangers were late too. Reason: The crew incorrectly announced a 2h delay when in reality they meant a new boarding time at 2pm.

The last minute change of planes, then putting us right beside the bathroom was a poor choice.

Plenty of room in the exit row. Sat on the plane an hour before taking off.☹️ Landed late and had to wait for gate availability.

Delayed leaving. On arrival we were taken to the airstrip and had to get off onto an over crowed bus, not all that passengers fit. Drove around the airport for 20 + minutes. Taken off the bus told to go upstairs 3 flights then all the passengers had to walk a mile or more , those of us old there was no one to direct us to were to go. I asked several people with no answers. Once I got to baggage claim my bags were not on the right bag claim. Once again asked for help and finally someone found my bags on a different carasel. Very frustrating.

Excellent host on board. Not so friendly check-in staff. Older plane with no food or entertainment due to short flight. Friendly captain and crew.

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

Flights on time. Friendly/pleasant ground and in-flight staff. Better snacks and films with captions,

Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.
