Great experience for a long 13-14 hours flight. Great pilot and crew, everyone is pleasant and attentive to the passengers.

Everything was excellent service was good.Only one problem my trip san francisco to tapie was good but the Taipe to HongKong we change gate 3times a lot of walking n everyone has to rush around from gate to gate.By the time to board our flight i felt soo sick from running from one gate to another.That was the only problem i face

Fast and efficient boarding. Flight was on time. Service was very good for our long flight. First time flying with this airline and I would highly recommend.

It was a pleasant fly with Eva Air from NYC to Taipei. The crew were friendly and the food was exceeded my expectation.

Poor food on board, but seats are too small and uncomfortable

Pleasant crew. Very long flight, a bit uncomfortable at times being seated, but not too bad.

1. The entrance to boarding gate G5 (which is at a lower level) is from the walkway (which is at the upper level). That entrance was locked and there was no place for hundreds of people to sit at the upper level, for a long time as the flight was 45 minutes late. 2. The choice of movies on board was extermely limited and poor. 3. The staff was unhelpful and faked politeness.

The flight went well. Everything good. Boarding. Meal service. Snack (crackers) & Drinks. Entertainment was good as I watch 4 movies. The need to have milk for hot black tea though as coffee creamer just never makes tea taste nice.

EVA would not help with ticket issue since they were purchased through a travel agency. Even though it was EVA ticket stock. Travel agency Budget Air didn't reissue ticket after airline change which I didn’t learn until trying to checkin on Christmas Day and there was no contact number for the agency to help. I will never use Budget Air to purchase flight again and disappointed in EVA’s refusal to help. Thankfully just under 12 hrs before departure someone from the agency was available to reissue tickets. I was starting to think we would not be flying and the stress trying to resolve was completely unacceptable.

The Air Canadian personnel were all very professional and friendly. I will definitely fly on them again.

it was our first flight with Air Canada. The flight was very good. The arrived 10 minutes early. The crew was attentive and very professional. The seats were comfortable and the food was fine. There were a lot of movies and TV shows to choose from. The boading was OK, but it is more about the Montreal airport procedures, but not about Air Canada.

My second flight ended up being through United and it was fine. Again, just frustrating that it was so late.

Everything went smoothly and as expected. We were on time and one flight arrived early.

Was in business class. After dinner service, I think the stewards figured everyone should be a sleep as the stewards dissappeared. Had to fend for ourselves for a while.

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

Flights on time. Friendly/pleasant ground and in-flight staff. Better snacks and films with captions,

Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.

The flight was delayed with zero compensation only hours before the flight. The pick up driver had a very long drive so he was already on the road when the flight was delayed so he also had to sit and wait there for a long time. again zero compensation for anything. not even a voucher for food or drink.
