Really was disappointed in flying in business class starting from lounge which was the worst lounge every Flight almost 6 hours flight the airplane is sooooooo old not comfortable at all food was awful no tv seats was uncomfortable can’t even charge your phone to play any entertainment

I spent 4 hours untill get my bags no food no entertainment on the flight

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Very uncomfortable chair. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced. The AC dis not work, kept us on the plane for over an hour with no water and air condition

I lost my connection flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because we arrived late to Casablanca. I had to rent a car to continue my trip . I need refunds

Bad service in la RAM from beginning to end. The crew ladies are impolite and rude and insensitive to passengers requests. I do not recommend traveling with Royal Air Maroc (La RAM) - worst service.

Old aircraft with a terrible business class setup and poor connection experience in Casablanca. Strongly suggest you pay a bit more and fly a different airline.

I thought it was great because the seats were really comfortable for the long flight. The food was just ok, and could have been a bit better.

The plane was new, clean and nice. The crew was very attentive and pleasant. The food wasn’t great, though - even in business class…
