I like the price. I did not like the seats: very little space and not reclining.
Flights are great except for the ticketing service on the terminal.. Too little employees taking care for lots of flights.
Flight left an hour late because the biometric scanner for check in broke. Instead of checking in people in a traditional way they waited to bring in a new biometric scanner and thus we waited on the plane for an hour while they checked in the rest of the people.
I had a phobia for Spirit and now is 100% confirmed. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight and staying overnight . Now not even able to get my boarding pass until I’ll get into the airport. It’s really really bad at this point

Didn’t happen. They stranded us in Orlando and had to book a flight on frontier to get to our destination.
Lack of accessable charging stations, very uncomfortable seats the savings are not worth it when nickled and dimed for amenities that are standard on other airlines
Spirit delayed the late flight then canceled it with no rebooking options given, leaving me stranded in a city at 9pm at night. I ended up renting a car and driving at night in the pouring rain so could make it to my destination.
I will never fly spirit again for any reason. Worst experience I’ve ever had
