C$ 478 Find cheap flights from Santiago to Vancouver

I do not speak Spanish or read in Spanish When asking for help, people were hard to find they spoke quickly and pointed a lot directions for where to go and what to do we’re unclear. Which made my traveling uneasy.

I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go

Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.

Flight was great Customer service was questionable until we found someone at checkin to help us. One young lady took all our passports disappeared for 15 minutes, came back with nothing done, handed to someone else and left for lunch. Very complacent. Baggage was very expensive until we went to the service counter and a separate person helped us. Even with platinum status they wouldn’t allow free bags. We will continue to fly Delta as our preferred carrier but will avoid checking in with Latam. Dr. Armand Radke

Terrible They charged me 157$ for excess baggage even though my bags were within the normally accepted limits Flight was late. Service was poor. The snacks were really bad

Flight from Lima to São Paulo didn’t have USB plug to charge the cellphone.

Hostile flight attendants. Second flight with Jose so much better. Arrived 1/2 hour early. Thanks.

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

No lounge access with “United First” ticket. False alarm about late flight, jeopardizing connection. Wrong meal. Loose power socket would not hold plug, could not charge device. In-flight access to text messaging did not work. Toilet seat on plane would not stay up.

I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

You have got to come up with a better way of getting connecting flight people off the plane first. Flying doesn’t bring out the best in people but exiting off a plane rules needs to come from management, not from the expectation that passengers will be “kind” and let them off first. Perhaps exiting in zones? Like boarding? Zone 1 exits are connecting people. This frustration led to many people missing their flights or scrambling. We were delayed leaving the first leg which amplified this.

The male air hostess was rude and didn’t even offer me a drink. Poor customer service!

We left really late. Things that were out if anybody’s control I guess.

When I purchased my ticket, I assumed it was a real ticket, as in, when I go to the airport I am guaranteed a seat. Not so. When I checked in 24 hours ahead of time, I noticed I did not have a seat assignment and my boarding pass said "Standby." I was informed at the gate that the flight was full and I may not get on that plane. I don't recall being offered the option of selecting a seat when I checked in, and apparently, for the honor of pre-selecting a seat, you must pay an additional fee. So, a ticket really isn't a ticket, it's actually a lottery and if you're lucky, you may make it on board - or you can choose to be extorted for extra money for the guarantee of a seat. It's like making reservations with the Godfather - one payment isn't enough, there's always another bribe you have to make. After the first few zones were called and I hadn't been informed of my status, I went to the gate agent and they handed me a boarding pass, for the very last row near the restrooms, in between two very large people. Apparently that was my punishment for not purchasing a seat ahead of time. Airline service has not only gotten more expensive, but the return on your money has shrunk and there is little regard for the passengers. This feels like a racket. I am not pleased, as you may have gathered.

We were delayed by rain while we were on the tarmac. The crew came around and offered everyone water while we waiting 45 min in the plane.

Air Canada cancelled my prepaid/prebooked seat selection and changed my seats without any options.

Crew was terrific. In flight entertainment system is very slow and the touch screen can be not sensitive enough or too sensitive. It was such a pain to pause a movie in case when I unpaused it accidentally thought I presses stop. This happened 3 times. I gave up and went back to my phone for entertainment.

Flew SEA-CA, then CA-NRT. First flight was short but very uncomfortable, dirty, and had very small overhead storage space. The seats and fans were not cleaned and had visible dirt on them. Second flight was perfect.

it was our first flight with Air Canada. The flight was very good. The arrived 10 minutes early. The crew was attentive and very professional. The seats were comfortable and the food was fine. There were a lot of movies and TV shows to choose from. The boading was OK, but it is more about the Montreal airport procedures, but not about Air Canada.

Everything went smoothly and as expected. We were on time and one flight arrived early.

I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.

It was overall above average experience. If there is only one thing i could complain about was the lack of wifi availability on my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco

I think all and all they are doing a good job. Flight crew worked hard and very helpful,polite and attentive

Was in business class. After dinner service, I think the stewards figured everyone should be a sleep as the stewards dissappeared. Had to fend for ourselves for a while.
