Aeromexico es siempre una buena opción, relación precio calidad adecuada!

Business class was economy with a table in the middle seat. That is worse than economy. No food and no entertainment. Very poor representation.

No space reserved for anyone who didn’t have underseat in front of them. Made it inconvenient to get the backs secured. No inflight entertainment in the 190. Bring your own! Food was excellent and we were surprised to get a full breakfast.

Pros: "Ticketing agent very unhelpful blamed Kayak for misinformation and cancellation of flight refused refund very rude ..told me to never book from private business"

Customs will only allow one plane to disembark, so we waited to get off the plan for over 30 minutes. This was the only bad experience with the trip."

Cons: "Could be better not paying $180 for my bag!! I asked in Chicago for the price on my way back and they told me $ per bag! I trusted them and when I was at the airport they charged me 265 dollars for 3 small bags! They liked to me"

I paid extra for a comfortable seat in the second flight, but the plane didn't have those seats, the first one did

The Arajet person who greeted us initially was unhelpful & rude about the mandatory migration form which has to be completed digitally but the systems don’t work properly. The boarding gate was changed twice and initial boarding was delayed. Once on board we we had to wait an hour and a half before take off. It was hot and there was very little room for tall-ish people to fit their knees in. The crew were pleasant but working in a poor situation. The plane was delayed because we were waiting for people from a delayed interconnecting flight. Arajet must have known that before we were asked to board. Better information, decisions & communication were needed.

My seat was broken and the crew had to find me somewhere else to sit. The crew was extremely courteous about this
