Why do you ask about food when only a snack is served? Actual food needs to be bought.

There was an older male crew member that was very rude to me when doing the last checks before pulling back from the terminal. There is a polite way to tell someone to put their bag under the seat. It was Mother’s Day and my mom has recently passed so it was a tough morning for me in general. There was no need to make for the snide remark “ I don’t know how many times we have said this already” as you walked away. I had held it together all morning and this interaction brought me to tears. love Alaska Airlines and this is the first time I’ve had a negative experience.

another delayed flight. no one at the desk kept us updated. we found out by an email as the desk was not even staffed up to expected takes off

They canceled my flight going back to SF after I was at the airport. Wanted me to take a flight 14 hours later. Not a happy camper.

Service was excellent. Staff at check in cleared hurdles for me so I could travel with my service animal.

Flight cancelled an hour before takeoff due to "unscheduled maintenance". New flight makes me have to wait for 5 hours in the airport, at a gate totally on the other side of where I'm at, requiring me to take a tram to get from the N terminal, to the C terminal. After waiting for 5 hours I'm informed my new flight is no longer at the gate I'm at, but instead is back in the N terminal where I was previously.

Delayed an hour and sat without updates. Ended up an hour late to destination

The flight was decent again if there was a place that you could put crying children that would be great. Or maybe make a rule against allowing infants on the plane.

Everything was fine -- on time, clear, clean. I don't want to pay extra for in-flight wi-fi

For some reason there was a change in the cockpit which delayed us by an hour

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Seats can use more cushioning, it felt very hard. The snack option could be better

Over all good. I had some issues with trying to buy my seat. The Westjet system kept trying to charge my credit card, without getting the seat. In the end after 5 times being charged, I got my seat.

I did not have a meal or entertainment, but flight was comfortable, beverage service was quick, crew was very helpful and pleasant. And a very smooth flight overall.

Excellent host on board. Not so friendly check-in staff. Older plane with no food or entertainment due to short flight. Friendly captain and crew.

It took 66 hours to get from Seattle to Tel Aviv. As a minor, I was left for more than 12 hours in Toronto and Frankfurt without hotel and food vouchers. It took 5 layovers. It was insane and not okay

Flew SEA-CA, then CA-NRT. First flight was short but very uncomfortable, dirty, and had very small overhead storage space. The seats and fans were not cleaned and had visible dirt on them. Second flight was perfect.

Lost my bag. My first ever flight with them that they forced me to gate check my bag on, due to them having a 30 year old plane with small carry on bins, and they lost my bag. Never again.

I liked Seattle but nothing air Canada did there was any good at all neither was kayak as when I purchased my flights the price I purchased at was not what kayak charged to my card and there has been no responses to my emails ....

Plane was not clean. Overhead binds and seats were not clean.

Our flight was delayed twice. I was told in Seattle that my bags would go through all the way to Melbourne. I then double checked in Vancouver and was told no they won’t. I’ll have to pick them up and recheck in to my new flight. With the delay in Vancouver I missed my flight in Brisbane. The time we were given to eat dinner was maybe 20 minutes before they came around to collect dinner. I was only halfway through. Just thought air canada would be better

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.
