The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

Vegetarian food was unpalatable! Definitely need to look into this. The crew were prompt and helpful and the flight as one would want was uneventful. It was a comfortable flight, with new aircraft more legroom and seating space. Would recommend travel with Emirates to others as well.

Emirates is still my favorite airline. The good, entertainment, crew, and value are excellent. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed taking off and arriving - which caused me to lose my ground transportation plan. While delays happen, more communication about the delays would be helpful.

Emirates is always great experience, however, they should reopen their lounge in Istanbul. The IGA lounge is not worth it

On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Thankfully it was just me travelling, but if I’d had my kids with me that would have been a big problem for us.

Absolutely terrible delays for 3 hours changed seats after we paid an upgrade on both legs. It appears it’s up to us to request a refund after they down graded our seat. Never again !!

WORST AIRLINE EVER—FOOD WAS MEDIOCRE AND WIDEBODY 777 BOEING WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! IT WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THAT I PAID.

They had superb boarding (started an hour before flight time). Timely pushback from them gate and an early arrival. Flight and service was very comfortable. I wanted to move my flight to an earlier one, only thing was there was no one at emirates in Heathrow to help. Had to call the call the center and pay to change. There were ample seats on the flight though

Check-in process at Bengaluru airport was atrociously slow. Emirates should allow baggage drop option after online check-in and verification of documents. The rest of the flight was quite good and we didn't have any complaints.

Me and 2 other rows were forgotten during food service. We waited over an hour before they finally served our food. Then only had what was left. They did apologize. Also, they locked the bathroom due to turbulence and my 4 year old had to pee himself because they wouldn’t unlock it for him.

I was unaware I was booking the basic economy flight and had to spend an extra $125 for baggage plus $100 for seat selection. There was also no opportunity to upgrade into a different ticket type. The seats were very cramped and mine wouldn’t stay reclined

Poor ! Couldn’t cancel months ahead because no credit or refund was permitted !! But they still kept contacting us about check in for all flights in spite of our canceling this trip months ago . So disappointed on all fronts with this airline!!

We did not take this trip !! I told Air Canada months ago to cancel this reservation . But , since they offered no rebate or a way to save credits everything was a loss . Why they continued to contact me about check in , etc . I will never understand!!

On a couple of legs, the aircraft did not have ports to charge electronic devices. This was so in spite of the fact that the recorded "welcome aboard/safety announcement declared that they were available. The entertainment system, while offering in an impressive array of selections, failed in that the supplied earphones were useless. The roar of the aircraft made it impossible to actually hear the film/show etc. The food was surprisingly good if a bit salty.

There wasn't even a screen on the seat for An almost 4 hours flight and they gave us water.....that's it. And for the record, it wasn't cheap

First lag from Toronto to Vancouver. Cold as hell and there is no blanket to provide. Terrible crew and bad attitude

First flight was delayed and then they moved up departure time for flight - not ideal. made it but sprinted the entire time and messed up my ankle

Not great tremendous delays instead of arriving at 8:15 pm arrived at 2:30 am next day no food gate changes. Etc

All aspects of the flight went like clockwork and staff were friendly and attentive.

We initially flew from Osaka to Vancouver and ear buds and food were all inclusive. We were surprised that from Vancouver to Toronto we had to pay for all of this - and the flight attendant did not give us what we ordered/paid for. $6 for a bag of almonds is crazy - and I asked for hummus. Very surprised we had to pay for the ear buds in order to watch the movies.
