Very nice flight, easy connections in Keflavík, and friendly crew.

Travelling with a 2 year old and being seated at the last row right by the toilet was the worst experience I had in a long time. Please do better for other parents

One small complaint: people in economy frequently were coming through the curtain to use the saga lavatory.

On time and crew were good. Our seating arrangements in biz class were messed up, separated us as a couple and bulkhead seating not good for long legs.

Cons: "They need to check the tv screens. On two different IcelandAir planes my screen wasn't working."
Cons: "They forgot our vegetarian meal requests on both flights. Few drinks. Old movies."
Cons: "The crew was very interested in gossiping instead of assisting their first class passengers. I sat with the same trash since the 2nd hour on a 6 hour first class trip. The entire first class cabin all had their call lights on which were ignored for over an hour. If you asked for anything they seemed to be annoyed they had to stop talking to each other. The cabin was also very warm to be an international flight."
Pros: "Everything was very good except that it would be nice to include a small free snack with the drink, ie. Pretzels."
Cons: "The worst part was that we waited an hour for our luggage afterwards. This caused us to almost miss our ferry connection (last one of the day). Also when we finally got our luggage it was soaking wet (I had a backpack and my clothes inside was wet!) so clearly the luggage had been standing out in the rain for quite some time."
Pros: "The crew tried to be helpful and the flight was on time and uneventful."
Cons: "Having purchased our 2 tickets together at one time months before the flight, it was very upsetting that we were placed in two different rows away from each other for a longer, international flight."
