C$ 424 Find cheap flights from Toronto to Montevideo

On time departure, smooth trip, flight attendant told through passengers the gate we would arrive at and the gate our outbound flight was departing from. Early arrival

On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive. I also upgraded to comfort + , I didn’t feel it was worth it. There was no benefit

Seats in first class on the E175 recline too far back. I was in 2A, and the man in 1A fully reclined almost the entire flight. It took 6-7 inches of space away from me and made it very difficult to work on my laptop.

I didn’t like that I could not select my seat and was assigned a seat when I checked in at LAX

public website still broken for years randomly blocking browsers with privacy options active after loading a page maybe once. check-in on laptop was almost impossible but eventually randomly worked. had to print pass at airport since couldn't get back in to load digital pass on mobile firefox or chrome. red eye flight so smooth onboarding, plenty of room to spread out, easy offboarding. onboard wifi instructions mention vpn can cause problems connecting but fails to also mention private dns. no printed or built in menu list, seems weird to require personal device to point at qr code link for menu which does not even allow direct ordering. people with health condition risk related dietary restrictions trying to avoid for example cholesterol and sugar are left guessing what they can order either way without nutritional info highlights (cranberry juice was minute maid cocktail with as much suger as typical can of soda). tap to pay wasn't working and always seems sketchy to manually enter card info. good movie variety, so limited tv was okay.

It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth

The seat could use more support or cushion. I'm in my 50's and have back issues so the seats are a bit hard for longer flights.

The plane was in bad condition. We were taxied for mode than an hour because a light panel had feel off. The bathroom in first class had broken panels as well. Overall poor aircraft maintenance

Terrible. Do not book a trip with Delta to Roatan

nothing Delta could do... the person sitting next to me was huge and overflowing into my seat

the planes are not modern there are no phone chargers

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

I liked the friendliness of the crew and comfortable flight. All good.

TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.

I do not speak Spanish or read in Spanish When asking for help, people were hard to find they spoke quickly and pointed a lot directions for where to go and what to do we’re unclear. Which made my traveling uneasy.

Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

Terrible They charged me 157$ for excess baggage even though my bags were within the normally accepted limits Flight was late. Service was poor. The snacks were really bad

Liked check in process To improve: food and beverages. Not second round was offered and meal had no salad.

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

The return trip was a customer service disaster. American Airlines needs an overhaul of how they treat their customers.

Generally good but we were delayed almost two hours from the original time of purchase. The pilot claimed an internal issue then an external equipment issue that needed to be adddressed. He made up a lot of the time.

Flight delayed, boarding time kept changing, not good. Nee firm information given each time.

Don't often sit in 1st class. Our experience was great.

My previous flight was late and did not connect properly. The gate was closed and I missed this flight.

Flight attendants used to be nice to people. And any flight over 5 hours should have some kind of food other than tiny pretzels and one drink comped.

The boarding experience was chaotic. I was group 2. Immediately after calling group 2 they immediately called groups 3 & 4. There was no benefit to being group 2 as I was boarding after people in group 4.

Flight was delayed and missed connecting flight. Did not give warning about delay until we showed up at the airport. Not good.

The plane was subbed for another last minute, the gate was changed last minute. Could live with that but we boarded and there was a delay which totaled an hour in the end. There was a technical issue which meant wheels needed to remain out for ten mins after take off. My USB phone charger was broken as was the headphone jack which meant I could t enjoy the IFE and could use my phone after a few hours. Even the map function on the plane failed to work after a few hours.

It was very good. We got a late start by about an hour and a half. However I worked rather have that than crash. It was purely mechanical. They had our tickets ready when we came off the plane in London for the next leg. The only mishap was when we got to Lisbon my husbands luggage made or bit mine didn't. All was not lost because I did finally get it 2 days later. I was really pleased that they c made the effort.

They allowed some guy to move seats after 3hours of him being next to someone very sick, There were several empty seats, but they moved him to mine. I find that incredibly inconsiderate and should not have been done.

Staff were very helpful. The free WiFi for messages was also very useful to keep in touch

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

To take off on time but warned about a possible delay by enail which was good

When bussing people to/from the gate, don't pack everyone in like a can of sardines and don't send the bus on its way if the plane isn't ready. Waited for about 40 minutes packed in this bus...both ways!

British Airways canceled our plane and gave us a new flight scheduled to leave in only three hours, so we had to drop everything and rush to the airport. The new itinerary only left us a one hour layover in Madrid, which was too short because the plane landed late and so we missed our connecting flight. We were then booked onto a flight scheduled to take off 8 hours later, and were not given any compensation or remedial measures.

Overall good, but the fact that there was no WiFi was a big deal for me. I am not used to having no WiFi during long flights. I always fly Delta-KLM and they never have had an issue with WiFi.

Emergency row seat less comfortable than promoted. Restricted by emergency life raft storage.

Staff , Comfort and Food were excellent. My individual lamp did not work so I could not read, neither my novel nor the menu.
