Was the longest flight I have ever taken to Orlando. Not Westjet’s fault necessarily. There was a traffic issue in Orlando. We sat in the airplane for about 2 hrs before leaving Calgary on a 5 hour flight was just a little long to be stuck in the plane. Once we arrived in Orlando we were stuck in traffic on the ground for another 30min. I guess maybe the flight could be delayed so boarding would have been later so we wouldn’t have to have the discomfort of being on the plane so long.

Too many oversized carryon baggage. If carrier reduced checked luggage fee this could be avoided. The staff were friendly and helpful, very professional.

Airport monitors did not give the gate for our flight returning Detroit to Vancouver Juice served from glass storage containers are a far more healthy alternative for people. And would also minimize the need for recycling plastic or aluminum containers

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

First time with Porter and I can say this is best airline company in Canada. Great service, free WiFi, free snack and drinks (including beer and wine). Seats were super comfy on the Embraer jet and I appreciated the folding try table too. Staff were excellent both legs of the trip.

Tight transfer in Montreal. (15 min) However, we made it, as did my luggage.

Check in was slow because of passenger ahead in Reserve line. Seats were somewhat uncomfortable.

Delayed by 2.5 hours. This happened previously on my flight from YOW to YVR on Dec. 26.2023. This is a terrible airline. The reason was there was lack of ground crew. This is a known event. AVOID PORTER AIRLINES IF YOU CAN. There is a reason half the plane was empty.

The airline arrival at the downtown airport is a big plus.. Food and beverage was excellent. Their non weather related cancellation is horrible. Overall I gave the airline 7 over 10 Tips for people flying porter from Boston. The airline doesn’t have inflight entertainment No TV No WIFI. Bring your entertainment with you.

Wasn’t on the flight- again. Bad weather in Halifax and I was in an accident. What a poor experience to have to pay for all this flight and not be on it

I didn’t make my flight due to poor weather and I had an accident driving there. I tried to get my money back or even credit and nothing. I have an entire flight both to Florida and back that I paid for and no one will give me any money back. I know this isn’t just Porter and it’s 3rd party- however airlines should allow these companies to take money for things they don’t get. I’m so upset. Who can afford a full flight they never take?

Flight Ottawa to Toronto canceled and no crew was available to direct me on what to do. I opened a file and I wait to be compensated.

I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.

The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with no grace from the Air Canada staff. I will not fly Air Canada again

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

You cancelled my flight. I paid for seats and luggage handling and was not reimburst. In addition, after having to do 2 connections instead of 1, My baggage was lost. I am now 4 days without baggage.

The premium economy seat is one of the most comfortable that I experience. The food is also better than the ones you get in Economy, though the boarding was a missed opportunity, no priority observed, a complete mess.

I always like to travel with Discover Airlines because of their extraordinary services, comfort, and feel safe.

Not connecting flights. Missed my flight from Dublin to Liverpool because I arrived at Dublin one hour too late. For this mistake, they offered me a flight from Dublin to Manchester. Thats great and all, but I waste time and money to commute to Liverpool. Be sure to check the time of your connecting flights, because they sure don’t when they sell it to you

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

Not enough trash pickups throughout the flight. Everything else was great.

Everything was great except for online checkin. That was through BA- glitchy and needed help on seat choice in person at the airport (and the staff were fantastic). Unclear if the problem is due to booking lower fare thru kayak vs directly with Finnair or BA but seems to be the norm.

Despite many attempts to work out a change, neither British Airways nor Kayak nor Chatdeal would allow us to cancel or change this flight so we lost all of the payments when we were not able to fly. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will never use either of the services again.

My selected seat ending up being very uncomfortable both major flights. SFO to London and back. Seat arms did not go up so it was not like suggest by BA staff. On return flight my seat had a life raft barrier in front off me and large man beside me.

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. Good flight. Was delayed, but that wasn’t a big deal. The crew were nice. Unfortunately the seats still recline, I had to ask the passenger in front of me to get her seat upright, as she made herself too comfortable and I was unable to move in my seat. EasyJet seats are fixed now to avoid such aggravation. About one third of the plane was empty, but when I checked in before departure, I was unable to change my seat without incurring expenses. That leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

The crew is excellent. However there are a few things that are not satisfactory: seats are smaller than many other airlines in economy, food was sad and I had bad diarrhea after I drank a cup of tea, They also forgot mine and many other people’s luggages somewhere this time. The luggage was delivered two days later, which caused a big inconvenience because 1. Most of my son’s clothing are there and he had to go back to College before the luggage was delivered. Now I will have to mail his stuff to him; 2. Two pairs of shoes are missing from the luggage.
