Delayed arrival for aircraft taking us SEA to IAD. Ground crew took way too long downloading and uploading jet for our leg so 45 minutes late. But ...aircrew saved the day flying fast to get us home on time.

You guys did great, the only thing keeping me from the higher rating is the physical dimensions of the seats, which staff has no control over. Keep up the good job.

I had to gate check my luggage and it was a pleasant experience as I never done that procedure before. Everything went smoothly.

I’m a first time mom and traveled with my 18mo old boy and it was not a great experience with the flight attendants. They were not friendly or helpful at all. It’s hard enough traveling with a toddler and have people be rude and unkind does not help.

Friendly and on time Would have appreciated if they’d been able to help with seats etc on our other onward flights with British Airlines

staff are repeatedly appreciative of your patronage. flights were on time. One ticket counter staffer in Vancouver was very helpful in all ways.

I had never flown Alaska before but I definitely will again . Their app is great and the staff was nice , the plane was clean and comfortable . I've been trying to think of something to complain about but I honestly cannot think of anything . And Alaska itself - wow! Such beauty everywhere out there

No hot water on a plane so no hot beverages , seats are cramped

Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again

Some entertainment and food/snack service would have been nice

All the pessengers should be wait in a line útil the creo and piloto are arrived.

Planes seat could be bigger very uncomfortable for tall humans.

Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico

1 hour waiting for suitcases to come out traveling in business class and food in business class is a sandwich? Avoid Aeromexico .

Business class was economy with a table in the middle seat. That is worse than economy. No food and no entertainment. Very poor representation.

Newer plane with large seats. No meal, but snacks were plentiful. Inflight entertainment was good but movies were dated.

Super unproffesional flight . Flight attendants were unproffesional. I could hear them gossiping about theor boyfriends the whole trip

The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

Actually the flight was on time. New plane, food was okay but not great.

Old plane, hard seats, 1.30 hours delay, while seating on the plane waiting for departure.

Great boarding. Everything was on time. Plane was a bit old and the crew could have provided better drink service.

Boarding was a little chaotic but it was a very large flight. It just wasn’t fast. And there was no noticeable difference between zones boarding.

Crew was pleasant. Aircraft was very dated and uncomfortable for our nearly 4 hour flight. We were in row 17 and they ran out of purchasable food by the time they got to us.

We were lucky enough to arrive at the right time. The staff at YYZ did our complete check in and luggage tags for us. Even made sure we knew where we were to head next and how to get there. It truly was one of the best and easiest check inside. Thanks team.

Lisbon, make sure to get food , coffee prior to going to boarding gates as there is no food being served after. Only vending machines. A lot of check points to get to the boarding gates. Not enough seating for passengers waiting to board. Crew was very courteous and kind.

Airport monitors did not give the gate for our flight returning Detroit to Vancouver Juice served from glass storage containers are a far more healthy alternative for people. And would also minimize the need for recycling plastic or aluminum containers

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

I’ve been delayed for two days and I’m still stuck in Honolulu tired spending money

1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.

Not a bad flight but our priority tagged luggage was the very last to come down the carousel.

The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with no grace from the Air Canada staff. I will not fly Air Canada again

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

There was no entertainment at our seats. The flight was comfortable and we had leg room. The snack we had was really good.
