Cons:Wake people up when serving anything.. I have seen in some other airlines that one is provided with a sticker to place on your seat to show if you can or cannot be woken up

Pros:Staff is friendly.
Cons:We didn’t appreciate the walk from Gate 4 to Gate 41 TWICE when the departure gate was changed. We are in our 80’s and it was quite a trek!

Pros:I liked that the staff and crew waiting for a large portion of the running late passengers from other flights. We were 30 min late leaving ( also had to de-ice) but it was better that having to catch another flight in the morning.
Cons:That there was only coffee water beer and wine for beverage options. I know it's a short flight ( 42 min, it felt like we barely reached cruising altitude before we were defending for landing) but I was really craving a ginger ale....

Cons:We flew from Toronto - Abbotsford with a stop in Edmonton. There was a 1 hour layover in Edmonton before the Edmonton - Abbotsford flight left. Unfortunately, the plane arrived in Edmonton 30 minutes late, and rather than wait 5 minutes for the passengers to disembark from the Toronto plane and board the Abbotsford plane, WestJet decided to leave all those passengers behind. There were no other flights available until the evening, and we were stuck for 8 hours at the Edmonton Airport before we were finally given a flight to Abbotsford. Never again will I book with WestJet.

Cons:Our hour-long flight home from Toronto to Ottawa was delayed by two days. WestJet provided a hotel voucher and food vouchers for one day but refused to refund us for a car rental that would get us home in time. While we made our own way home, we were emailed to say that our flight home was delayed twice more.
