Pros: Best hotel ever. Truly a pleasure, everything was so perfect. Clean, friendly, good vibes. From the most amazing room and view to the cocktails at 4 looking over the Red Sea. Truly the best hotel, exceeded my expectations by a lot plus we got a late check out which was just the icing on top. Loved it so much :)

Pros: Even though not the newest building in Eilat, still visible that it has been taken care of. The restaurant can be busy sometimes but it is ok being a large hotel. Pool area is clean and comfy. Good to have a barber in house as well. Very relaxing hotel feeling once entering the main door and arriving to a big, spacious hall.

Pros: Location was great. The hotel is old and although remodeled it has its problems. In our two day stay the bathtub was clogged, the in room telephone didn’t work and our door keys stopped working. The corridor carpets are a bit frayed and don’t smell too good. The staff was good and fixed everything fast, but it’s not a 5 star hotel and the facilities don’t match the price. Breakfast was amazing only to be ruined by the most watered down fruit juices I’ve ever seen, again 5 stars?

Cons: There was a chocolate wrapper in the room behind the bed from a previous occupant. This hotel caters to minority population. Stay next door at Hilton rather....way nicer and no minorities. Prayer services on the premises at Hilton.

Pros: It s clean, the staff takes good care at this chapter, also if you are in need of something they will help you as quick as possible. The breakfast was ok. The location its pretty close to everything important.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that the entry door wasn’t so good isolated and i could hear everything from my neighbors. Also they were a little noisy so if they get up at 6 in the morning I would get up at the same time without wanting it. In the night the same drill. Also i m pretty sure people smoked in the hotel rooms because in the morning in the bathroom it smelled like ashtray, and from there the entire room.

Cons: The service was bad, and the staff couldn't handle the amount of guests. Breakfast offered a lot of variety, but bad quality. Nothing that fits the price of the hotel. There are only two elevators so they are always busy and we had to take the emergency stairs, which have not been cleaned for a while. The room's balcony had 2 simple plastic chairs that weren't clean. Overall, this is a 3 star hotel at best, and not a good one.

Cons: The twin beds were right next to each other. Some rooms had immovable bedside tables so if hotel had been full we wouldn't have been able to move. We were very surprised at this. Luckily staff found another room where the furniture could be moved but normally the twins are right together. Very unusual

Pros: My wife and I stayed here for two nights in one of the first floor rooms with private access to the pool. The private cabana attached to the room was beautiful. Definitely worth the premium price. The bar served good cocktails and food. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Their hospitality made us feel at home as soon as we walked into the lobby.

Cons: We rented a car and finding available parking was somewhat of a challenge.

Cons: The stuff. They wouldn't let my roommate check in because I was not there at the same time (I came a little later). She got into the room after many many hours after her flight and a sleepless night. So she was tired and moody and it destroyed our vacation and wasted our time as we didn't get to go out that night since she was angry and tired. They didn't try to compensate for it (sorry coffee and cake is not enough. Treating us to breakfast would have make us satisfied but they were too stingy. They did give us a discount of about a $1.5 for each to enter the restaurant for breakfast so we only paid $20 for breakfast per person. Not a great compensation.) Honestly, I don't know what their customers service is actually doing since they just argued with me over the phone that they were right and didn't try to get out of their way to make us feel satisfied. Overall feeling was that the stuff was unfriendly unlike most places I stayed at in Israel and overseas. Too bad. I would not like to return.

During the winter months, between 01.11.19 and 31.03.20, an added shuttle will be included on Saturdays in the direction from the Dan hotels in Eilat to Ramon airport between 13:00 and 19:00 every hour. Contact the front desk for accurate travel times." So, I contacted the front desk for a couple of times to be sure. Each time I was assured that the shuttle stops right at hotel doors. That was not true! When 5 minutes left to my time and I asked the front desk where is the shuttle, I finally got the answer "it stops somewhere further - just run right way until you see some white bus stop"!!!! So I had to run with suitcases, and waited there for another 15 minutes in wain! No shuttle had showed. There was a Shabbat, but, thank to jewish god, city buses were running and I happened to reach the airport....

Pros: The hotel is one of located on the norhtern beach. The room has very nice sea view. Comfortable and clean. The breakfast is excellent with good selection of all kinds of food. Bit crowded at 8:30. The staff at the reception is very helpful!

Pros: We had an excellent experience with everything: staff, food, room, location. The all inclusive is worth the money as you can find a quality variety of food, fruits and drinks (including alcohol). You will spend a lot more for 3 meals a day if you eat out/drink alcohol at the restaurants in the Eilat Marina. So the all inclusive is a guarantee that you’ll eat very good food and also have cost control over your spending. Location is excellent, near to the bus station, and the room view (pool view) is awesome as you can look into the lagoon. The staff is well trained and they will do everything that is possible to make you feel welcomed. Also, Marlena - the PR manager, is a very nice person, attentive to guest’s needs and a very good professional. It’s a pleasure to talk to her if you have the chance to meet. We definitely recommend this location!

Pros: Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and truly seemed to care that everything is was ok. Free breakfast was over the top in terms of choices and variety of food. If you are going to Eilat and want to be in North Beach (on the boardwalk) and near food, shopping, carnival, this is a very central and nice place to stay.

Pros: Food was fabulous! My friend's daughter is wheelchair bound. The room and bathroom was opulent but completely wheelchair friendly, including a roll-in shower. There were ramps everywhere and a hydraulic lift into the pool so she could swim. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating to our special needs.

Cons: Would like to lap swim earlier than 9am. Please open pool at 6am like the gym.

Cons: The food was good, not great. The rooms were spacious and clean and quiet. Although it was booked as an all inclusive hotel there was no entertainment or children’s activities, only unlimited drinks and three meals. My only real problem was that when we checked into the hotel, the manager told us they were giving us a special treatment and an upgrade to one of our two rooms. We said we didn’t want to pay more than the booking.com rate and she said she was upgrading us. It wasn’t until we checked out that i learned that the upgrade came with a price. She was insistent that we agreed to the price increase, which we didn’t think we did. In the end she couldn’t give us a credit on our bill but she said she would send us a certificate for a free nights stay. I have not seen this certificate in my email. Although the stay at the hotel was pleasant and Eilat is a great tourist city the check out experience left a bad feeling in the end.

Pros: It was an amazing place with fantastic crews, and specially we liked the food and the free drinks in the swimming pool. The bonus was that the check out is 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am in other hotels in Eilat.

Cons: Some crazy guest was really boring and drunk dumping garbage in the hall, poor guy the cleaning boy, I hope he got the tip I left in our room 407.

Pros: It is a family oriented hotel, They have all the kids entertainment, and three times meals with unlimited drinks and sweets like ices, slushes and there are drinks for adults also.

Cons: The Staircase in the end of the hall that lead toward the kids pool, the stair have cracks and some are damaged

Cons: Two years ago I had a vacation at the same hotel I can say with no doubt that the food was much better then, and children were taken into consideration in each meal. This time there were very little consideration to children. Also, there were lots of essentials missing in the bathroom for days like soap,shampoo, towels and when I talked to the receptionist they took care of it v. Quickly but I was told that the housekeeper didn't know that he should be putting those things in bathrooms!! Also, some staff members showed no care for hygiene, one bar woman was cleaning the floor and when finished she got the floor wiper squeezed with her bare hands and then came to serve us drinks while putting her dirty hands and fingers inside cups and glasses.there were some flies in the food court over the food.We really looked forward to having a good staying in this hotel just like we had 2 years ago,unfortunately we got very disappointed. It can be said that the property is overall clean,but some staff members showed little or no hygiene at all and acted as they were growling and had twisted faces into a grimace as if they were disgusted and all of that with no consideration or respect to the feelings of the guests around. It was obvious that they were not happy and not engaged in the work place. It was a little bit bothering to stay in one property (Nervana Suits) and had to go out back and forth several times aday to another property (Nervana club) where the food court is. Although,the two properties acted as a single one, once I needed to ask for or complain about something regarding one property , I was told that the issue is not of the business of the property and I was refered to the other property to handle my request. During our stay for 5 days there was a vert bad strong smell of sewerage from the property outside our room, the same smell was so strong inside the playing room with game machines were kids are supposed to be playing!!!
