Pros (+) It’s fully digital so 24/7 check-in, loved this, as well as the robot vacuum cleaner in the corridor

I chose the place on booking because of a picture with a small balcony, but couldn’t discuss getting it even for a higher price, as I didn’t get connected to a human agent as promised. Pros (+) The property was a beautiful old building that had been converted to a contemporary hotel with original features in places, eg entrance hall, staircase and landing areas
Cons (-) I like the idea of being able to help yourself to “essentials” but couldn’t find any water cartons. It would be helpful if the room staff checked all rooms to replenish water, coffee/tea and wet towels. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Pros (+) Very modern and cool. The room was great, shared space also, especially working space. After checking out we used working space, we made coffee there, and a toilet was also available, so we were covered until our flight. I loved that we could use the luggage space for free and the fact that we could enter the building until 8 pm on check out day was awesome!

Pros (+) - The A/C works just fine in the summer, the room was cool during the heatwave. - The underground parking is easily accessible. - The building is 3-4 minutes away from the U-bahn station. - They had provided a mat and a bowl for our pet which was very thoughtful.

Pros (+) Great location, not far from historic Charlie Point, with several attractions within walking distance. The price is above average, but I liked the house and the inn’s approach, which is geared toward independent travelers. I'd also like to mention that when ordering breakfast, you had to order it in advance by selecting from the menu till 16.30; I forgot to do so one day, but the hotel still sent ...
Cons (-) Perhaps it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is really intended for tourists who are digitally savvy and won’t be looking for assistance from hotel staff in person, since all communication takes place via WhatsApp.
