Joel Balsam

Joel Balsam was born and raised in Canada and wrote the Quebec chapter in the most recent Lonely Planet Canada guidebook. Joel’s work has also appeared in National Geographic Travel, Time, Travel + Leisure and BBC Travel. His favorite destinations include Brazil, Mexico, the U.S. South and Southwest, Armenia and Morocco.
