AF Hotel-Aqua Park - Aparthotel

Don't recomended !!! This hotel definitely has overpriced: - the room requires a major renovation, - the floor in the bedroom is wet because it is dripping from the air conditioner, - they cheat in the restaurant, - the beach is very dirty and so are the pools and loud music in the hotel plays until late at night so that you can listen loudly in the room, which no one has informed about, - aquapark equipment is very worn, - buckets of chlorine are pouring into the pools in front of the guests. Don't count on Booking.com Team ! They don't help.

Not well maintained Not clean Old property and needs lots of renovation and upgrades to all facilities Pool water not clean Pool safety is compromised No private beach Cleaning and maintenance services are poor On arrival 2 hours early at the property they charged extra. Staff took payment for breakfast separately and placed in their pocket instead of giving a voucher When arrived at the room, the room was under construction. Had to walk back to reception. Ac water was dripping constantly and they had placed a bucket to collect the water. When bucket got filled, I had to throw the water and place it back again. Locks of rooms were not working Doors were not getting closed properly Window curtain sizes was not as per window size, hence no privacy.

The resort is nice, the lounge was excellent and big!

The staff does not speak even a word of english, no one! We asked to give us water 10 times, they said they don't have and didn't care to help at all. Reception is rude and not helpful. I understand that it is probably an area no tourist comes nevertheless a basic thing like water should have been entertained. I was left thirsty for hours due to this mess! Even after that they didn't help and someone else living there offered me some drinking water.

The rooms did not match those booked: the size is half the size, the furnishings are old, there is no wifi, the shower and shower cabin are broken, the refrigerator is in the ice, the sheets are full of holes, mosquitoes (there are no nets on the windows), the toilet is staggering, the lights are flashing, there are flies in the dining room, the food is the same, from lunch goes to dinner, very noisy, road under the window, the beach is dirty
