We arrived hotel at nearly midnight. It was late so we didn't expect any reception at it was not 24 hours reception service even it was B&B. Automated check in was not great unless you are used to with. But Location was great as beaches are close nearby..
End up getting charged twice for the same room. Raised issue with hotel via booking.com messaging system within week after arriving from holidays. Still awaiting response or refund from hotel. I has to raise issue to customer service from booking.com as I have originally booked through them. They are now looking into matter. Hope I get refund of extra 140 Euro charged... I will never use this hotel again for sure...
