Cons (-) I didn’t like that i couldn’t use the pool 😳. The pool was the main reason why i chose this hotel apartments 🤷🏽‍♀️. Very dissapointed about that. Otherwise this hotel was good experience.

Cons (-) The staff was not friendly and welcoming at all. Looked like they hated their job. There was no drainage hole in the bathroom and every time you take a shower the bathroom and the room got flooded and the staff didn’t care. Pros (+) The room was clean, well equipped, a lot of space and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, its 3 minutes from the centre of Aya Napa. There is a lot of restaurants near the hotel, a supermarket and a bus station is close.
Cons (-) The first night when we came there was a lot of noise, drunk people singing and shouting. It was unbearable even when we closed our window. That was happening around 2-4 am. I think that hotel should restrict people from making loud noises after 12.

Pros (+) I only had 1 issue with a member of the night time staff, on the first night, when I asked for assistance in ensuring that the door to my balcony was being closed/locked correctly. He was helpful at first but when I asked him to show me once more what he had done (to ensure I was locking the door correctly), he was dismissive of me because he said he was alone on Reception at the time.
