Pros (+) The bathroom was nice and functioned well, the bed was soft and you couldn't hear the really noisy (when you went down) Italian restaurant on the ground floor. The location is on a trio of bus lines that work pretty well. Frogner Kirke made it easy to navigate to and it was about a six or seven minute ride from the National Theatre station, which is your Metro and kind of downtown tourist area.
Cons (-) Fully automated check-in meant yo couldn't ask opinions or minor questions of staff. I also had to assist two young Laplanderinnen who had never encountered one before. The neighborhood is more upscale than I would have liked. Affordable food options were pretty sparse and the only grocery store was modestly sized with limited hot bar items etc.

Pros (+) location was good.
Cons (-) kitchen location and the kitchen door was too much inconvenient. fridge and room heater wasnt working. i bought cheese and kept in fridge and got wasted. there was noise till night from downstairs restaurent. also the shower water wasnt consistent, like it was either too cold or too hot. i could showerr properly for 3 days. i am never gonna book this Frogner property.

Pros (+) Easy check-in. Nice comfortable room and good bed.
Cons (-) Parking was a nightmare. After check-in, I was not able to enter through the front door using the key-card from the kiosk. I had to enter using the next door restaurant. The breakfast was not to my liking. It would have been nice to be informed what kind of breakfast is included and maybe have some offers to choose from.

Pros (+) This was a cute studio in a nice location. It was nice to have the kitchen option for small meals. Check in/out were easy. The room was quite cold and the pillows dusty. My TV also turned itself on at 4PM which did not make for a restful night. Ok stay but would likely look for alternative options next time

Pros (+) Bed was comfy and nice to have a small kitchen aswell.
Cons (-) Small shower and sink. And the tv was broken, when watching linear tv the audio and video was distorted. Is worked fine with casting.

Pros (+) They refunded my entire stay to compensate for my inability to check in after hours using the methods provided.
Cons (-) I arrived late at night and had been given three possible methods to check in after hours. None of these worked and I had to seek alternative accommodation.
