Cons (-) Lack of client facing attitude. Unclear communicartion. Double check the parking possibility, you should pay for the card 10 EUR per day not for the used service!!!! If you do not enter the parking place you will be charged with the 10 EUR per day anyway. Ridiculous.

Pros (+) The location is excellent, no more than 50 m from the Grand Theatre. It was a large comfortable room and the staff was excellent. Luca is a great guy and very competent. Trust his recommendations.
