Pros (+) Great hotel. Nice staff. We arrived at 11:00 and they let us stay at the bar, outside, near the pool while we waited for the room. Very good breakfast.
Cons (-) The hotel was pretty busy – tanning beds are almost all taken at 9:30-10:00 when the pool opens. And if you plan to stay longer than 2 days and have large suitcases the smaller rooms are not comfortable with all the luggage.

Pros (+) I loved the staff they were great, the breakfast options were good, and it's about a 10 min walk to the nearest beach. Truly the staff was so helpful and welcoming
Cons (-) I didn't realize I was staying in the German area of Mallorca so I had to consistently go out of town for a more authentic Spanish experience.
