Pros (+) Great location in centre of town, however it can be quite noisy as bar downstairs has band playing.

Cons (-) Noise at night. Use ear plugs. Would be good to have more bowls for cereal or dinner. Lights at entrance most are not working.

Cons (-) Bars are open late people yelling in the streets no working shower or bathtub mold in the shower

Pros (+) Location, self storage available after checkout, apartment was spacious and well laid out, easy checkin/checkout, access code system was great!

Cons (-) Water damage in the apartment hallway had not been repaired, mold and cracked tiles in the bathroom . Bathroom floor was dirty.

Pros (+) The apartament was spacious and very very centrally located. The view from the 5th floor was spectacular to both sides, to the sea and to the emblematic Hallgrímskirkja. We had access to a shared balcony and view to Laugavegur street. The central location was a huge plus. A supermarket was nearby and we could cook some light meals during our stay in the small kitchen. The staff was kind, super res...

Cons (-) It would be nice if there had been a bathroom ventilation. The shared balcony could be a problem if someone from the adjacent apartment decides to use it and "accidentally" peeks into our bedroom 🤔

Cons (-) The toilet was smelled and the noise from the pub was too loud. It lasted until 1:00am. The toilet door couldn’t be locked or closed properly.
