Very spacious and well-equipped apartment in a fantastic.location with a great view from the balcony.. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment was always warm. Lovely bathroom and shower.
A clothes airer to dry out wet clothes would have been helpful given the weather in Iceland. Although we didn't need them during this trip, there was no iron and ironing board. During windy weather there was a loud banging noise from the roof area (we had a balcony room on the top floor). The blinds are in need of some attention to work properly. Extra pillows would have been appreciated.
Location was good, though it was in the heart of karaoke, cover bands and drinking establishments. If you stayed out late it would probably be ideal though when your suffering from jet lag you could have issues with the constant music, singing yelling and carrying on from people partying.
Not very clean, lumpy mattress, bed pillows were 18x18” in size half the size of a standard pillow and lumpy as well. The furniture was dated. The bathroom had whirlpool jet tub and a jerry rigged shower head. It made stepping up and into as well as out of the tub cumbersome and could be a liability for an older person. The bathroom needs a complete redo.
The location was fantastic but very noisy at night - we were expecting that given it is in the heart of Reykjavík
The pillows were just lumps of foam inside a pillow case and when I asked for more pillows I was directed to a supplies cupboard that had no pillows. I was not a fan of the bathroom being across the hall from our room.
There were only two coffee pods for ... 5 days! Maybe, some more are needed!
The overall aesthetic, spacious room, with a thoughtful layout. Kitchenette, bathroom and large deck with amazing views of the bay all made our stay so memorable. The location is very convenient being in the city center. Check-in and check out was seamless and easy to find directions. Excellent communication
The mattress and bed pillows could be more comfortable but were adequate enough for our stay. A house band plays every night between 8-midnight, so you get a lot of bass and drum. This isn’t necessarily a complaint from us. They actually play good music and we ventured out to explore during those times anyway. We were aware of this upon booking and expect accommodation in the city to be lively!
It was a meh property. No chairs to relax in. Thought the location was great until the night noise
The staff was hard to reach at times. The internet did not work all the time.. had to keep switching the wireless. The night noise was bad, especially Friday night when it was after 3 when it got quiet enough to sleep. I should have known when I saw the earplugs provided. I tried to check in early (room was ready) and payed the extra fee to do so, but the staff never got around to unlocking the do...Read more
Nothing to like except the location , the whole apartment was something much diff than what was shown in the images while booking , stinking very badly , extremely Pathetic environment.

Centrally located. Close to many restaurants, souvenir shops and bus stops. Had plenty of outdoor parking, hot water and water pressure. The apartment was clean and modern. Highly recommend
It can get a little noisy at night especially on the weekends.
Great location in centre of town, however it can be quite noisy as bar downstairs has band playing.
Noise at night. Use ear plugs. Would be good to have more bowls for cereal or dinner. Lights at entrance most are not working.
The only thing I liked about it was the location
Bars are open late people yelling in the streets no working shower or bathtub mold in the shower
