The location is beyond perfect.
At check out we were asked to pay a tourist fee of 75 euros, that we weren’t told about from the beginning no during our stay

The location is perfect and I was able to walk to most places I wanted to go. Staff were thoughtful and gave me little gifts to thank me for my long stay.
I ran out of shower gel halfway through my stay and this was never replaced. Similarly it would have been nice to have water replaced automatically without having to ask for it. Little touches like that would make it a 10/10.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Location was perfect near Casa Battlo. Close to shopping and sight seeing. AC worked great in my room. It was easy to get to from the airport ( 30 euro by tax). Staff was friendly and professional.
Room was dark. No view. Room was small. No bathtub only shower. Roof top and swimming pool also small, but we were busy sight seeing and shopping, we went back to the hotel only to sleep.
