Very good location, quiet and peaceful and still close to the town centre. Very clean and the food was good too
Everything was great the only minor hiccup was the slow internet connection which might have been an area thing.
The bungalow we booked was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We had very relaxing vacations at Notos Heights. The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist.
The variety of breakfast could be larger and some drinks were bit pricey.
We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel has beautiful architecture, a fantastic pool area, and very clean, comfortable rooms. It’s also within walking distance of Malia Old Town, making it a great choice if you’re traveling without a car. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Everything was excellent, we just suggest to add bowls of water for the cats that walk around the hotel because we saw them thirsty drinking the water of pool and it’s not healthy for them. So it will be a nice gesture to leave fresh water for the cats🙏
The location is very easy to get to by car. Is a little away from the city noise, nice quiet place. View on Malia city and Sea is great. The main road is close and easy to get to. The parking is near hotel, lots of parking spaces.
If you get noisy neighbours, then you can year everything they do. Luckily they stayed only one night, all the other nights were quiet.
Very nice and big pool, cheap bar next to it as well. Matrasses were comfortable. Good location if you want to go out.
Could be a bit cleaner. Housekeeping didn’t really do anything and always came in too early when we were still sleeping.

Facilities were great! And food was delicious! The rooms were beautiful and got cleaned every day. Reception staff were lovely and super helpful and special shout out to Lazarus in the restaurant/bar who went above and beyond. They even helped me with a 6am pick up/transfer.
10 minute walk from Malia. 20-30 mins from a lot of the nice beaches ect. Malia is very party which I didn’t realise. Also sometimes heard people still partying at hotel at 3-4am
We loved the very polite and always smiling and helpful hotel crew. The surrounding areas were amazing, the pool and the bar but also the spacious parking in the hotel. The room was very spacious, beds were amazingly comfortable and cleaning service was provided everyday. Breakfast was OK. We felt the lightning in the room could be improved, especially in the toilet, where it felt really dark. Additionally, there was no mosquito cover on one of the windows, this could be easily improved. Wifi had its struggles too (probably not enough for work) but OK for everything else I guess.Read more
The beds were comfortable and the pool area was great. Martha at Reception was very accommodating with our special requests, Lazoros and staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
There were some deficiencies in the room and no luggage racks for luggage.
Double bed is actually 2 single beds joined with a sheet. Food was expensive and with a strange taste. Room looks cheap.
