The beds were comfortable and the pool area was great. Martha at Reception was very accommodating with our special requests, Lazoros and staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
There were some deficiencies in the room and no luggage racks for luggage.
Double bed is actually 2 single beds joined with a sheet. Food was expensive and with a strange taste. Room looks cheap.

Hotel does not look like so nice as on photos, everything is used and worn out, many things are not working properly, old and loud AC. Very poor quality and low variety of breakfast. I am really suprised that hotel has is highly ranked.
The best experience was with the staff! Everyone was so kind and friendly, and always keen to help! They even helped us preparing a cake and candles as a surprise for my father's birthday!! The room was super clean and cleaned every day! AND the food portions are huge! Especially the bolognese pasta and the Caesar salad! And the Notos burger! Must try!!
I liked everything! Just the WI-Fi was not super good, but also not needed! The hotel is also far away walking from the city, and with the hear it's difficult to walk 20min in the sun. But we could take a taxi to the beach from the hotel, which was all arranged by them!
Excellent and clean hotel... Very polite and helpful staff especially Martha she was amazing and controlled every aspect in the hotel. The breakfast beside the pool was very good .. The pool itself was in good size and very clean as well. There are a lot of parking places for cars or quads..
The breakfast was good as I mentioned but didn't changed for the whole of our stay (6 days)
The hotel is in a beautiful spot, perfect location! Great view! We stayed at the bungalow room, as a family of 4, it was great, a lot of space for everyone and everything looked new and very clean. If you’re looking to be in Malia, this is perfect spot, you can enjoy the city, but sleep in quite away from the noise.
The Wi-Fi inside the room was a little slow, and breakfast was a bit light.
the team was exceptional , the food amazing , the ambiance was just what we needed, Greece no stress !. we will definitely come again thank you to Martha - and teh e team for making this vacation amazing for us

Swimming pool - warm water and sand in pool
Everything is well organized and love the rooms and pool. All the details like pool towels, sunscreen and delicious food from the poolbar. We loved the warm hospitality of Martha and all the people from the bar was excellent. Room was well cleaned every day. I recommande this hotel for families but also for friend groups. Chersonissos is only 8 minutes away by car and Potamos beach only 10 minutes...
