Cons (-) For this money having spider webs whole stay. Shower was not in a good condition as well. We wanted to move our check-in date by one day, but this was not allowed. Pros (+) Food hall was great, nice choice of food. Room was cleaned most days and we had fresh towels. Air con was great in the room.

Pros (+) Great location, clean and also cleaned rooms (as we was not awake early enough) when asked. Hotel is very busy / party so definitely don’t stay here if you don’t like that!
Cons (-) Lots of sunbeds but the pool does get very busy - so have to be up early ish to reserve. I appreciate some people stay past the 11am check in time, but had someone knock twice to kick us out at 10am, even though we had plenty of time still. Also incident round the pool of another guest being abusive, reported to reception and security didn’t do much about it.

Cons (-) Cleanliness needs serious attention. Corridors gets noisy. Noise gets into the rooms through doors. Doors arent insulated.

Cons (-) Our room was dirty when we arrived & not cleaned for the 4 days we stayed (we never used the do not disturb sign) On our first night we flooded the bathroom after a 5 minute shower because of the amount of hair left by the previous people that had clearly not be cleaned.
