I liked the swimming pools and indoor play space for kids.
To be honest, my experience with the staff was mixed. Some were very friendly and welcoming, while others came across as unhelpful and dismissive. There were also discrepancies between the amount I expected to pay and the final charge. I would recommend paying in euros rather than another currency to avoid any unexpected costs. Loads of activities for kids, decent breakfast, very clean (especially considering how many kids there are), they've really thought out a lot of the experience. We had a lovely stay.
They had a softplay which said open from 11am-1pm and 2:30-4pm. However, it was closed on a number of occasions within these hours as the staff were leading other activities by the pool. It would have been nice to have the facility, especially in the hotter parts of the day.

Our accommodation was excellent and the rooftop area was brilliant especially for our teenagers .
The pools were really good, especially the pirate themed children’s pool which had a pirate ship with water cannons and water falls. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff made sure the rooms and communal areas were immaculate as did the grounds keepers.
Considering it’s a hotel that is very highly focused on children, there was not a lot of shaded areas around the pool or enough sunbeds for the amount of people staying at the hotel although toward the end of the week, more sunbeds were put out. There was also very little for the younger babies to do, a small shaded soft play area or ball pit would of been great.
Absolutely amazing hotel, incredible hard working and friendly staff. Our apartment was beautifully designed, cleaning was almost every day. The food variety, pools, cleanliness grounds, accommodation are all excellent. Breakfast was delicious and all freshly made. Staff were always so accommodating and quick. We stayed here for 6 nights as a family with kids and had a really lovely time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The hotel isn’t new, but everything was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. And very nice balconies. The only downside for us was the breakfast buffet selection for meat — it was mostly pork (salami and sausages), with only one type of turkey option. It would be great to have more non-pork choices for guests who don’t eat pork.Read more
Plenty of kids entertainment. Walking distance to the beach. Food was good for half board.
Kids splash pool too cold for the 23 degrees outside. We used wetsuits or went to the beach as sea water was warmer.
Kids had the best time. Kids club staff were exceptional. Pools and food were all great quality.
Grateful for the nice staff, very good food, great kids experience. Enjoyed everyday cleaning.
