It was a fairly seamless process. The representative was very helpful. My only criticism is that I never received either via email or print the contract. This is not the fault of the representative. He attempted to print it and that failed. He also attempted to email it twice and never came through. I think Budget needs to make sure they are investing in their equipment. The sat nav in the Toyota we got was really bad. It kept directing us off the freeway, only to rejoin again at the same exit. It kept getting the wrong destination in Yosemite too. I wouldn't rent a Toyota again.Reviewed 2 Oct. 2023

Good customer service on both ends and easy pick up and drop off. Biggest disappointment was receiving vehicle with 7/8 gas tank…so impossible to return at same level. Ended up returning with full tank and thus, paying for your company’s inability to provide a full tank. Felt cheated. Also, vehicle was filthy inside.Reviewed 29 Sep. 2023
