Loupé l'avion pas pu embarquer mon bagage en soute. Pas compris l'heure de fermeture.

While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.

We each paid for 10kg checked in luggage. Flying out there were no issues sharing one case (20kg). Not so coming back. Additional £48 charge and unable to provide an explanation of why it was ok on one journey but not the other, or indeed what material difference it makes between 2x10kg cases vs 1x20kg case. Scam, and appalling from Ryanair.

The boarding process was fast and easy , but the airport sign was not up on the board, so it was hard to know the correct gate , on the airplane there was NO Snacks and NO water …. Everything needs to be purchase …. It’s not worthy for the price we paid !

Cons: "Barely any covid measures. Brussels airlines uses staggered disembarking. Row per row. Ryanair still does the usual “every man for himself”."

Cons: "With Ryanair even if you break your leg during your trip and you’ll need an emergency trip back home they will make you pay a double seat (2 tickets because you have to stretch your broken leg) + 50€ commission on that second ticket. A 3€ for a small plastic water and of course a physical screaming/aggression from their staff while you are on a wheelchair. Thank you. Always a pleasure. You never surprise me."
Pros: "Nothing amazing its opposite, ryanair.com its the worst airline in Europe or maybe on the world. EU parliament should closings this airlane"
Cons: "no chance to be better, I think its all Passenger should expect only its will be worse"
Pros: "Rate. Didn’t like the charge of 55 pounds when I couldn’t check in on my phone. But the person at the desk was pleasant."
