There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option

Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

I wrote to the entertainment and food OK because it was non-applicable All excellent

Checking in online still requires going on the physical check in line

I enjoyed the smooth flow and well coordinated boarding and the very courteous attitude from the cabin crew We look forward to flying with ya’ll again

Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.

The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

Our trip was booked to be 2 hours after arriving in Calgary but it was changed until the next morning forcing us to stay overnight in Calgary with no compensation

Too many oversized carryon baggage. If carrier reduced checked luggage fee this could be avoided. The staff were friendly and helpful, very professional.

Nice smooth flight with pleasant stewards. Slept most of the flight, they could have slowly turned on the lights to make it more pleasant. Otherwise a good trip.

food worker strike caused lack of service. I know, not your fault but a bit of a inconvenience.

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

The staff on the WestJet flight were friendly and helpful. The flight was smooth and we arrived 30 minutes ahead of time.

All as expected. Flight on time and journey was uneventful

The on time performance and the ease of boarding are great. The crew were cordial. During landing the pilot made a hard landing with some swerve that was a bit rough but other than that everything else is as smooth as it can be.

Excellent host on board. Not so friendly check-in staff. Older plane with no food or entertainment due to short flight. Friendly captain and crew.

I don’t think there was entertainment? No mention of it. It was a good flight. Only complaint was my seat cushion was not attached and kept slipping.

Terrible 3-4-3 seat configuration, I thankfully was able to choose a seat at the back where it narrowed to 2-4-2 for some relief though seats were still narrow. Staff did not manage the boarding lines at all either, was total chaos.

LATE AGAIN. Seems like each time I use Air Canada there are delays ... extra 2 hours this time, making for a 22-hr day for me!!! The gate people did not seem to know what they were doing with loading people, unloading, checking carry-ons, letting some go ... very unorganized from Toronto to Detroit! Would have been faster to drive

The staff were on the last leg. But they were still very accommodating and polite. They were all very helpful with getting the bags up and getting people to their seats.

We were delayed by rain while we were on the tarmac. The crew came around and offered everyone water while we waiting 45 min in the plane.

Flight from Lisbon to Toronto was smooth, and we arrived early! Flight from Toronto to Denver was delayed about 40 minutes. We didn’t hear about the delay until after we had boarded the plane. The delay could have been handled better.

The seats were comfortable. However, be prepared to provide your own food (snacks) and drink. We had a 3.5 hr flight, one service was provided, a 4 ounce beverage. Saw flight crew for beverage service and trash pick up. Unless you purchase a meal or snack, nothing is provided. I am fine with bringing my own, but was accustomed to snack and beverage provided regardless of the duration of the flight. And note… typically a full size drink option on longer flights.

Air Canada cancelled my prepaid/prebooked seat selection and changed my seats without any options.

They canceled the flight on us very close to the flight date .
