My seat was unusually narrow. My hip bones touched both armrests. I've never encountered that on any commercial flight in my life. It was a middle seat ahead of an emergency exit row, so maybe that's why? All I know is that it struck me as extremely strange and not pleasant.

My seat was unusually narrow. My hip bones touched both armrests. I've never encountered that on any commercial flight in my life. It was a middle seat ahead of an emergency exit row, so maybe that's why? All I know is that it struck me as extremely strange and not pleasant.

Seats are way too much now with these new airplanes especially long flights like we had. I was 7 month pregnant and in a lot of discomfort due to small seats.

One small complaint: people in economy frequently were coming through the curtain to use the saga lavatory.

The plane was flaming hot! Could not breathe. Everyone coughing from heat. Awful.

on plane service was excellent - we flew business class. And everything ran on schedule - always a good thing. However, the transfer is Reykyavik - both going and coming - was really crowded and confusing. It's tough enough when you're tired from a long flight - but then to push through heavy crowds to get on to a shuttle bus seems like they don't have the facilities to support the numbers.

On time and crew were good. Our seating arrangements in biz class were messed up, separated us as a couple and bulkhead seating not good for long legs.

Food and staff were excellent. Seats on Saga (business class) are comparable to domestic first class of US Airlines, regarding space and recline. Entertainment options had little international component.

Pros: "Flight was relatively empty. Professional crew, comfortable seats"
Cons: "I think they skipped me with food service. Checking up on passengers who may have been sleeping would be nice. Headphones need to be purchased. Limited entertainment options."
Pros: "Got assisted to the plane by airport staff as I was in a wheelchair"
Cons: "Food on board was awful. Ordered hamburger but not availabe having already pre paid. Pizza was poor quality and had no taste. Range of food disappointing"
Pros: "Seat was comfortable, enough entertainment, staff is super nice"
Cons: "I was surprise that we were given food (i.e. sandwich) and blanket on the way to Iceland flight 614, but not on the way from Iceland flight 615. Still don't understand why"
