Very nice flight, easy connections in Keflavík, and friendly crew.
Travelling with a 2 year old and being seated at the last row right by the toilet was the worst experience I had in a long time. Please do better for other parents
One small complaint: people in economy frequently were coming through the curtain to use the saga lavatory.
The plane was flaming hot! Could not breathe. Everyone coughing from heat. Awful.
On time and crew were good. Our seating arrangements in biz class were messed up, separated us as a couple and bulkhead seating not good for long legs.
Pros: "Easy flight, and boarded in the front and back of the plane. Made it easier and faster to get on."
Cons: "They aren’t too clear in baggage charges. I got standard fare, but still had to pay for my checked bag for both ways."
Pros: "The crew was nice, however, they also give varying information. We had frequent flier tickets and when I checked in, the screen stated no extra charge for check in bags and I also called the customer service. When I got to the airport in Hamburg, they wanted to charge me $100 for a bag. I asked the lady behind the counter to call the main office because she said she has no authority to change the fee. I called the main office and had the person in office tell the agent at the airport that it is a mistake and that there is no charge."
Cons: "Better communication between all aspects of the company."
Pros: "The crew was friendly, the planes clean, flights on time. The blankets were a very nice touch."
Cons: "On my first flight, I paid for use of wifi, but it kept kicking me off the connection. Repeatedly, the entire time. On the second flight, there was no option for wifi at all. It would have been nice to pay for wifi once for use all the way to my destination."
Cons: "Warm bus for the transfer from one plane to the next!"
Cons: "They forgot our vegetarian meal requests on both flights. Few drinks. Old movies."
