Pros: "Friendly staff and the support they offered to my mother who needed a wheelchair."
Cons: "I would have liked to have had WestJet internet and entertainment access. It was not offered on our flight from Toronto to Fredericton."
Pros: "The fact that military personnel and retired military personnel and their spouse can check in luggage for free. The check in crew was also very courteous."
Pros: "It ran on time. The pilot landed the plane without a big jolt. We could board and deplane using 2 exits."

Pros: "Rotten stuff cancels out the good doesn't it. Be great if you could take some courses from Stephen Covey as you are missing some skills sets in hospitality. And stop being so cheap with the 3rd rate old old movies!"

The flight was decent again if there was a place that you could put crying children that would be great. Or maybe make a rule against allowing infants on the plane.

Up on arrival, due to twisted ankle, I wasn’t able to walk. Requested for a wheelchair. They immediately asked for it. After 10 minutes wait a young man named Carlos picked me up at the gate, got my baggage and took me to the pick up area. It was a great service. Thanks Alaska Air line

Delayed arrival for aircraft taking us SEA to IAD. Ground crew took way too long downloading and uploading jet for our leg so 45 minutes late. But ...aircrew saved the day flying fast to get us home on time.

Quick easy boarding. Airport was unprepared for early landing and we were waiting in the plane for 20 minutes before getting a gate.

You guys did great, the only thing keeping me from the higher rating is the physical dimensions of the seats, which staff has no control over. Keep up the good job.

We had an hour delay Probably couldn’t be haloed Very friendly staff

The flight attendant in the back of the plane was barely understood as she rushed through instructions to the point of being intelligible. She had a bored demeanor in her delivery.

I had to gate check my luggage and it was a pleasant experience as I never done that procedure before. Everything went smoothly.

Friendly and on time Would have appreciated if they’d been able to help with seats etc on our other onward flights with British Airlines

staff are repeatedly appreciative of your patronage. flights were on time. One ticket counter staffer in Vancouver was very helpful in all ways.
