The flight was fantastic. All the crew staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and they went out of their way to help make it such an enjoyable flight! I think on such a long flight there should have been some food given. Even cheese and crackers and maybe some cookies!
Plane seats are comfortable and seemed more roomy than others I have been on. Playing was clean and flight crew friendly. Passengers who have a connecting flight should however be allowed off the plane first
Upgrading from premium class to first class caused me to almost miss my seat on the flight. The system “un checked me in”. So I not only lost my first class seat, but my premium seat too so I alsmot didn’t have a seat on the plane. The app did not let me know as it was showing my seat assignment all the way up until boarding began. This exact same thing happened to another passenger. And to top it off, I now have to jump through hoops to get my refund. Awful experience with Alaska, I don’t intend to fly with AA again unless there are no other options.
Very satisfied with the trip, using Kayak and Alaska Airlines.

Good experience, first time flying Alaska Air. Slight delay boarding, but still arrived on time. Excellent leg room! Very friendly flight attendants.
Alaska Airlines was hit with a bad IT outage. I think its a one off and dont want to give a bad feedback to them because of that. In addition, to all the delays our particular flight had a health incident and had to stop midway. Again no negative feedback because of that. However the way they dealt with the delay was not genuine. First the communication was not consistent and always kept changing. I lost a day and $647, completely because of them. They promised a refund which i have complaints about. First it was never given to me. They aksed me to call them or text them and the wait time was 1.56 hour for calls and 3:50 hours for texts. Finally when they texted back, the support executive was rude and asked me to get my refund from Delta the other airline that i booked my ticket because Alaska cancelled their flight. When I asked why Delta would pay me for Alaska’s delay she just ended the chat. To get back on the chat I had to wait for 3.5 hours. I could not. Second they announced that even if they pay us, they would not refund us cash but were giving us a discount on future travel. I vowed never to go back to Alaska so, i do not want the discount refund. Overall, I am terribly unhappy with Alaska Airlines and never going back.

I paid an extra $100 for a seat upgrade including complimentary drinks, no drinks were served due to a few minutes of minor turbulence. They said they would return, they didn’t’. Sad…
The flight was on time and crew were nice, seats were tight and there was entertainment available

Worst flight ever. I was suppose to have a 3 1/2 hour layover in Chicago but got to the gate 4 minutes before boarding.
Flight was delayed again and again ultimately almost three hours getting us to our location at close to midnight by the time we got in and out of airport to destination. I had taken time off work to enjoy an evening at destination and that was now wasted
A cookie and a soda, packed like sardines, will never be a positive experience. Also, boarded a 5:30 flight at 7:45pm
They cancelled my flight and downgraded me to economy and only gave me $250 for the downgrade
At the beginning of the flight there was some turbulence and the announcement was made that there would be no beverage service. The turbulence only last about 5 minutes then it was smooth sailing. I noticed that first class got their service, but the rest of us did not.
It was nobody’s fault - but the plane came 4-hrs late and we were updated randomly in 20-30 mins increments which left us hostage to sit and wait expectantly. It was very long and got very late. Our plane didn’t land until nearly 1 am! Also the toilet wasn’t working. The hosts were nice enough but were clearly “about to pass out” as one told me. Lastly, there was no snack or even time for it. Just a bad experience overall.
Not very good , the stewardess were unfriendly and they don't like to be bothered. Cos was a night flight and they need to sleep.
There were five broken seats on the plane. The crew was very rude in telling people they had to get off the plane and get a flight the next day. No call for volunteers, but telling people they had to get off. One woman was flying with her elderly mother and daughter and was told she had to leave or all three had to leave. Fortunately, a volunteer offered to stay. The situation was handled poorly.
When flying premium on a two our flight a light lunch would have been nice considering the price you pay. A Kit Kat bar and bag of chips is rather cheap service.
I was seated near a "stinky" person. That's not the fault of Westjet🙁😶🌫️
The only thing I can't give good or really good is the fact that we didn't have food ,just a packet of pretzels or cookies which is normal,and ofcourse there isn't any entertainment. I've always flowen WestJet ..I really like the airlines..this plane was smaller one ,pretty tight seating.
Again, flight was late. It’s expected of this airline now i guess.

We landed 26 min early. It was awesome! Smooth ride too.
When I purchased the flights I included the luggage, the luggage was not added and got charged the full price anyway. Had to pay for the luggage at check in. Initial flight was delayed, we missed our 9am connection (flew with my wife), then the airline rebooks us to the next flights, putting my wife in at 1.40pm and me at 4pm, what a crazy wait time. We managed to fix it with customer service and they put me in the 1:40pm flight too, but they left my baggage behind in the 4pm flight. When arrived to my destination, of course no luggage. It was delivered to the address thankfully late at night. The experience sucked.

There is no snack and nit much that would be considered gluten free in yiur food selections. One of your snacks should be a gluten free cookie or small bar etc. maybe it was me but I didn’t see any free movies just internet connection and YouTube .
