Cons: "This is a turbo-prop commuter flight, so it's fairly noisy; also, there are no USB charge ports or entertainment system."
Pros: "The flight delayed but the crew was really helping! Huge thank to the lady served in the economy class AS2239 on March 4th from Vancouver to Seattle. I was not able to catch the next flight without her helping."

Pros: "I liked that when due to a medical reason, I was able to be given the option of rebooking my flight even though there would be a penalty and extra charges and I would need to pay the difference."
Cons: "When I called to rebook my flight within the year and about 3 months in advance of the desired date, unfortunately Latam made multiple errors and also told me that rebooking flights only are eligible for more expensive flights. Even though there were other less expensive flights that I was able to find and see online, they insisted the only flight available had a price difference of $4,000+ dollars. the original ticket was around $550 so this was absurd. Not helpful at all, how frustrating."

Cons: "First the flight was delayed for 1.5 hours as it left the previous city late, no reason was given, however when the plane finally arrived we boarded a hot plane that was experiencing electrical problems. The plane was rebooted multiple times, making it even warmer as the air was shut off with the plane. We waited on board at the gate for over an hour to be told we would deplane and reboard a new plane. All in I experienced a 3.5 hour delay on a late night flight. The second plane was much more comfortable, but didn’t make up for the long delays"

Cons: "The long delay was miserable. Although we would rather be on aircraft that was running like it should. We were dead at that point in our journey and the long delay was very difficult."
Pros: "Even though there was no TV screen in the headrest, we were all provided with IPads to view. The controls on the IPad were quicker than the in headset TV's. The seats were comfortable and we all received a flight packet that included a toothbrush, eye shades, ear plugs and a pair of socks for our comfort! Blankets and pillows were in our seats when we arrived."
Cons: "I missed being able to see our flight path. On a long flight it's difficult to keep track of where we are and now much longer we will be in the air without the flight tracker. My baggage was misplaced, so I was delayed by needing to fill out forms for lost luggage. Thankfully, it was located before I reached my connecting flight."
Cons: "Wake people up when serving anything.. I have seen in some other airlines that one is provided with a sticker to place on your seat to show if you can or cannot be woken up"

Delayed by 30 minutes....then the crew preboarded a sick lady and her travel companion. At some point crew decided she should not fly to LA, but the ladies wouldn’t get off plane! 45 minutes later and 4 RCMP show up to escort them off plane. Then we didn’t have any ground crew to get us off loading ramp. Finally got away 90 minutes or more after scheduled departure. Circled LA a few times before getting to land.... long flight with long delays!"
Pros: "Had a fantastic experience on my first round trip with WestJet. Very satisfied, would definitely fly them again. I also liked how we were able to clear Customers BEFORE we departed from YVR; made the arrival that much smoother when we landed at SFO"

For the actual travel......things went very smooth and on-time. The crew was attentive and courteous, and there was plenty of in-flight entertainment options.......but the inflight food was a disaster, on the way to our destination we received a breakfast biscuit that was completely stuck to the wrapper.....completely.....I destroyed it trying to getting it unwrapped, basically picking crumbs off the wrapper. The food coming back from out trip.....nice presentation.....but not sure what I was eating for the main dish......not sure that I want to know. I was really disappointed with the "upfront" planning for the trip. I thought we got an OK deal for our airfare.....but I didn't realize that was ALL we were paying for. Ohhh, you want to book your seats for you and your wife, that will be another $650 if you don't want to be shoe-horned into your seats in the back. Ohhh, and you have bags....well that will be another $300. Just include these costs into the price UP FRONT. Don't sell me "airfare" and make it look like we might be getting a deal and then make us tack on another $1000 to the trip for things that should be considered a necessary when you have to travel (it's not like you are going to let me stand in the aisle. I felt light I was really "gamed" with the extra fees.

Cons: "The seats were too tiny for business class. Nowhere to put anything. So close to next passenger. I would not fly business class again on BA Terrible entertainment. No interesting movies. I guess they tried to have movies only with British actors/actresses. Nothing current. That’s pretty bad for almost. 10 hours flt. He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok."

My husband’s seat was parallel to a mom of an infant traveling alone.He could not recline because she’d have to step over him. Cons: "BA need to decide if they are EasyJet or BA. To pay BA prices and get EasyJet service is a joke. When I fly Easyjet I know what I am getting and can live it with. BA, on the other hand, wish to be different and yet they are close to painting the planes orange and still charging a premium price."

The only thing they did was tell us we had the right to de board after sitting in silence for 1.5 hrs. I wish I could say this is not the norm for American Airlines but they are 5/6 in the past two months for being late and having mechanical issues"
