Flight attendants to show up on time, offer drinks and food.

My international flight from LAX to Argentina had one free check in bag included in the price I paid, however your crew in LAX made me pay $95 USD to carry it on! Please note I had only on small size luggage (carry on size) and one backpack. I demand my $95 USD back that you guys charged me illegally in LAX.

The flight was overbooked and the solution gave was unrespctful. I arrived 4 hour in advance in the airport and only after 2hous was possible suggest a different ticket with another company LATAM, I have accepted, but when I was checking in at LATAM the tickets was issued without luggage, what it is absurd since I have bought my tickets including it since the beginning. Due to the timing for the next flight was not possible return to Avianca to claim due to the distance between Both companies Avianca and Latam since were located in different terminals. I have insiste to the crew of Latam to call Avianca to solve it, but they could help they were alleging that only paying a thousand pesos Mexicans ($1,000 MXN) to dispatch my luggage would be accepted and I have no money at all. So I had to beg for others passagens, it was an humiliating to exchange luggage with who was platinum in order to return back the luggage in the connection airport in Brazil (GRU). I have no clue that a judicial process would be taken from my side due the lots of stress in sequence by the non professional treatment with a passenger that was just following everything said by Avianca.. Long hours of waiting until next flight and only arrive at final destine in 6hs later..

Two flights,both poor. No entertainment. Cramped and uncomfortable seats, little space, the rest was OK. Staff were acceptable good.

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

The seat is too hard and my back and bottom are having servers pain

There was no lounge for passengers waiting before boarding the aircraft at F65, so passengers are just sitting on the floor or just spread everywhere the premises before boarding.

My flight was a little marred by poorly fuctioning / loose headphone sockets meaning I had to move twice. The meals were good and the staff are always amazing, attentive and friendly. My bag was lost on my previos trip with BA for 15 days of my 18 day trip, however I experienced no such issues this time despite my fears. Overall ok but aircraft need better looking after.

The flight was delayed and we were told the airplane is on its way to the gate from the hangar. We were told this for 2 hours and the flight was continually delayed in ~30 minute increments. Then we ended up having a new airplane. The issue wasn’t clearly communicated and it left everyone feeling confused about when we would actually be leaving. Whenever they communicated a new boarding time it felt arbitrary and random. The boarding process was a mess and disorganized, which made it last longer than necessary. Landing was rough. Seats were uncomfortable.

This was a Business class award ticket redemption using Alaska miles. Flagship Business was great for a transatlantic evening flight!

Standby for us - as travelers with mobility issues - was inefficient and not responsive to our needs. Crew seemed disinterested and disaffected - just going through the necessary motions. Food snack (chicken wrap) was awful to the point of wrenching it up a few hours later.

Did not get to Ontario yet. Sitting on tarmac for 2 plus hours.

The snacks were fine and I did not use the entertainment so the ratingvis more n/a than mediocre. Staff were good and boarding is easy in group 2

The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.

Crew were very friendly and helpful. They explained to us in detail the delay in our takeoff due to the storm that rolled in from Belfast and did their best to make up the time. Always great to fly BA!

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

Economy seating has been dumbed diwn so far that it is uncomfortable for an average adult. Too small, too cramped, no room to move, and hard as a rock.

Boarding could be smoother. But the flight crew was excellence. Very professional, friendly and helpful.

Taking off and landing was so smooth. I like the food too. Served 3 meals on both flights. I have been telling my friends to take British airways

I didn’t take the flight cause it was cancelled and i don’t recommend the american airlines to anyone as their solution was to book a hotel for me which was old one and not so good and they not sure also they can get me on a flight the next day which is so horrible

Qatar airways has clean cabins and it looks like u r in business class

Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time

My flight got cancelled and it was a very bad experience

Way better than EasyJet 😊seats more comfortable, staff quite nice. We were offered a free cup of water and a small snack, something EasyJet don’t offer. Departed on time and arrived ten minutes early. A pleasant experience
