Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again

Newer plane with large seats. No meal, but snacks were plentiful. Inflight entertainment was good but movies were dated.

No space reserved for anyone who didn’t have underseat in front of them. Made it inconvenient to get the backs secured. No inflight entertainment in the 190. Bring your own! Food was excellent and we were surprised to get a full breakfast.

I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

This was a Lufthansa flight. Disappointing main meal. Very rough over Canada and arrival at FRA. IFE was almost unusable.

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

They ocer booked the connecting flight. My bags took a long time to come out, nevertheless I got to the gate in time to board, but they have given my seat to another passenger. They were aware I was connecting from another flight that was a little late, but they did not care. The customer representatives were rude. A horrible experience.

A disaster, I lost my connection due to overcrowding at the Miami airport, having a 3-hour layover and the airline did nothing to reboard me on time and I had to sleep on the floor for 18 hours.

It was a good flight. Of course it was full, but it went well.

Excellent- plan was barely populated. I cannot remember a flight where I was able/encouraged to stretch out!

We were re routed due to a flight cancellation. We did not fly out of Miami. We originally booked first class and were moved to coach without being compensated.

My overall experience was wonderful. American airlines looked after me very well in all my flights. I'm especially thankful with the way they dealt with my connection Phoenix - Honolulu, in which I had less than 20 mins to board, and the staff were able to get me in, as well as my luggage. A big thanks to them!

2 gate changes, several announced delays, not enough room and seats at the gate. Many had to stand while waiting. The actual flight was fine.

This was a very good flight. The seats on the Dreamliner were comfortable and all the outlets were functional. The crew was friendly and helpful. Boarding was fairly efficient, although it was delayed by a baffling search of all the hand luggage for liquids. The timing of this flight, leaving at 10:30 PM, was excellent. It was a good time to arrive at DFW also, as there was almost no delay in going through customs and immigration. I'd fly this route, at this time, on this airline again without complaint.

I rarely vote ‘Excellent’ but this AA flight out of LGA was amazing. On time departure, early arrival, amazing crew, smooth flight, baggage came out quickly. It was the best airport/ flight experience that anyone could ask for/dream of. Highly recommend. I usually fly Delta but American Airlines really stepped up their game.

They canceled the flight on us very close to the flight date .

The first flight Seattle to Toronto was very poor. My seat was changed. The aircraft was changed. They were having issues with the meals. My second flight from Toronto to Quebec was fine. Short flight still no entertainment. My third flight Quebec to Montreal was very short seats are very uncomfortable, too old and way worn out almost like sitting on a bench. My last flight Montreal to Seattle was fine. Finally, they had some entertainment. Proper food was offered as advertised flight staff was accommodating and friendly, but once again, the aircraft seats are hard like benches.

It took 66 hours to get from Seattle to Tel Aviv. As a minor, I was left for more than 12 hours in Toronto and Frankfurt without hotel and food vouchers. It took 5 layovers. It was insane and not okay

It was delayed but got us to YYZ. I had great copassengers.

Crew was terrific. In flight entertainment system is very slow and the touch screen can be not sensitive enough or too sensitive. It was such a pain to pause a movie in case when I unpaused it accidentally thought I presses stop. This happened 3 times. I gave up and went back to my phone for entertainment.

Flew SEA-CA, then CA-NRT. First flight was short but very uncomfortable, dirty, and had very small overhead storage space. The seats and fans were not cleaned and had visible dirt on them. Second flight was perfect.

The Air Canadian personnel were all very professional and friendly. I will definitely fly on them again.

it was our first flight with Air Canada. The flight was very good. The arrived 10 minutes early. The crew was attentive and very professional. The seats were comfortable and the food was fine. There were a lot of movies and TV shows to choose from. The boading was OK, but it is more about the Montreal airport procedures, but not about Air Canada.

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.
